Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ユニツトケース内にこのケースを貫通する状態
    でシヤンクを回転可能に支承し、このシヤンクの
    一方の突出端には、マニユピレーター用の把持部
    並びにマニシングセンター主軸との接続部を、他
    方の突出端には、伝達機構を介しドライブされる
    チヤツク装置を設け、また上記ユニツトケースに
    ピン保持台を設けて、このピン保持台にユニツト
    ケース固定用の筒状ピンをスライド自在に嵌挿す
    ると共に、このピンの先端に上記マシニングセン
    ター主軸の方向に先細りとなるテーパー端部を設
    け、さらにピン内の中途に軸線方向にスライドす
    るスライダを組み込むと共に、上記ピン内にテー
    パー端部方向にスライダを押し出すバネを組み込
    み、またピンのテーパー端部手前の外側に前記シ
    ヤンク側に設けた係止部と係合して上記シヤンク
    の回転を阻止する係合部を有する位置決め用カラ
    ーを回転しないよう所定のストロークスライド自
    在に嵌装し、さらにピンの外周カラー嵌装部分に
    複数の透孔を設けて、この各透孔にボールを嵌め
    込むと共に、上記ピンの外周面透孔と一致する部
    分にボールの周面一部が嵌入し、かつテーパー端
    部の反対側面にピンの突出方向に下り勾配のテー
    パー部内の凹部を、カラーの内周面透孔と一致す
    る部分にテーパー端部の反対方向に向う程深くな
    つてボールの周面と接触するテーパー面部を設け
    、また主軸周りのフレーム端面にピンのテーパー
    穴部を設け、上記主軸に対する切削具付ユニツト
    の装着時点に上記テーパー端部がテーパー穴部に
    バネの付勢力に抗する後退姿勢を保持する状態で
    嵌合すると共に、カラー先端面のフレーム端面へ
    の衝突による後退にともない係止部と係合部との
    係合関係を解除し、かつ凹部にボールの周面が嵌
    り込むよう構成して成る切削具取付けユニツト。
