Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 アベルメクチン（Ａｖｅｒｍｅｃｔｉｎ）化合物は、ス
トレプトマイセス　アベルミテイリス（Ｓｔｒｅ　ｔｏ
ｍ　ｃｅｓａｖｅｒｍｉｔｉｌｉｓ　）種の培養液から
分離された天然物の系統のものである。この系統のもの
は、主要な４種とマイナーな４種との８化合物からなる
。これらの化合物は米国特許筒４．３１０，５１９号に
開示されている。これらの化合物のある種の誘導体も開
示されている。たとえば２２．２３−ジヒドロ誘導体は
米国特許筒４，１９９，５６９号に開示されている。
アベルメクチン化合物の、１３−デオキシ誘導体は米国
特許筒４，１７１，３１４号及び第４．１７３，５７１
号に開示されている。１３−０−ジサ・ツカライド基を
有するアベルメクチン化合物の４“−フォスフェート誘
導体は、米国特許筒４．４６９，６８２号に開示されて
いる。さらに、本組成物のアベルメクチン化合物、４“
−アミノ化合物及び４″−アルキルアミン化合物は、米
国特許筒４．４２７，６６３号に開示されている。

阻害剤としても有用であるシミリン（ジフルベンジエロ
ン）のような虫の成長調節剤；マイタツク（アミトラズ
）及びフンダル（クロロジメホルム）のようなホルムア
ミジン化合物は１９８１年版のファーム　　ミカルズ　
ハン　ブック（ＦａｒｍＣｈｅｍｉｃａｌｓ　Ｉ（ａｎ
ｄｂｏｏｋ）のＣＩ？及びＣ７０ページにそれぞれ開示
され、またケルタン（ジコホル）及びアカロール（ブロ
モプロピレート）のような塩素化炭化水素化合物は、１
９８１年版のファーム　　ミカルズ　ハン　ブ　り（Ｆ
ａｒｍ　ＣｈｅｍｉｃａｌｓＨａｎｄｂｏｏｋ）のＣ１
１０及びＣ１１５ページにそれぞれ開示され、またチオ
ダン（エンドスルファン）は、米国特許第２，９８３．
７３２号に開示されている。
本開示は、アベルメクチン化合物と、以降“混合化合物
（ｃｏ＋ｎｂｉｎｉｎｇ　ｃｏｍｐｏｕｎｄｓ）　”と
記載する有機錫、ピレスロイド、キチン合成阻害剤、殺
卵剤、代謝阻害剤、摂取刺激剤、有機カーバメート、有
機燐、虫の成長調節剤、ホルムアミジン、第３級アミン
及び塩素化炭化水素化合物及び天然殺虫性成分とのある
種の相剰性混合物について記載する。
したがって、本発明の目的は、そのような相剰性配合に
ついて記載する事である。さらに、そのような相剰性配
合の個々の成分及びその配合中の各成分の相対的な比率
について記載する事もその目的である。本発明のさらに
別の目的は、そのような配合の農業上、殺虫活性上、殺
ダニ活性上及び農業上の効果を記載する事である。さら
にその他の目的も、以下の記載を読む事によって明らか
となろう。
本発明は、アベルメクチン化合物と、農業及び家庭環境
における侵襲の防除及び除去に使用される場合に相剰効
果を有する混合化合物との配合からなるものである。本
発明のアベルメクチン化合物は下記の式を有する： 式中、ｎはＯあるいは１であり；Ｒ１はであり、Ｒ７は
水素である： 破線は一重あるいは二重結合を示す；しかじ、破線が一
重結合を示す場所にのみＲ２は存在する；また Ｒ３とＲ４とは互に独立的に水素あるいは低級アルキル
である。
好ましいアベルメクチン化合物は、アベルメクチンＢｌ
ａ／Ｂｉｂの４“−エピメチルアミノ誘導体である。こ
の化合物は、Ｒ３が水素、Ｒ１がメチル；４＃−アミノ
立体化学は環の平面の上にあるβであり（アベルメクチ
ンの天然の立体化学は環の下のαである）；そしてｎは
０及び１の両者であり、この化合物は、セカンダリ−ブ
チルのイソプロピル化合物に対する比が約８０：２０の
、セカンダリ−ブチル化合物（ｎ＝１）と、イソプロピ
ル化合物（ｎ＝０）との混合物である。
本相剰性配合の２番目の部分を構成する混合化合物は、
発明の背景の項における上記の代表的な化合物によって
例証される。
アベルメクチン化合物を農業用殺虫剤あるいは殺ダニ剤
として使用する場合には、ヘクタールあたり有効成分で
１．０ｇから５０ｇの範囲の用量で施用される。混合化
合物を農業用殺虫剤成分として使用する場合には、ヘク
タールあたり有効成分でｌｏｇから２５００ｇの用量で
施用される。
アベルメクチン化合物と混合化合物との配合の相剰効果
は、成分の一方あるいは両者の用量を減少した時に観察
される。したがって、農業用殺虫剤あるいは殺ダニ剤が
通常必要とされるものよりも低薬量で施用される事によ
り、あり得るであろう副次的な影響の軽減及び耐性の発
現の軽減などをもたらす。さらに、農業上の有害な虫、
ダニに対する活性スペクトラムの相剰的な拡大が認めら
れ、個々の成分の活性のスペクトラムの考察から期待さ
れるものよりも有効に防除する事ができる。
したがって、本相剰配合によって、個々の成分では効果
が無いかあるいは部分的にしか効果のないような農業用
の虫あるいはダニの蔓延、浸聾を除去する事の可能性が
実現される。
本相剰性配合が特に効果を示す農業上の侵襲節足動物は
、テトラニ力ス　ウルチカエ（Ｔｅｔｒａｎ　ｃｈｕｓ
ｕｒｔｉｃａｅ　）　、パノニカス　ウルミ　（Ｐａｎ
ｏｎ　ｃｈｕｓ…鮭）、パノニカス　シト’　　（Ｐａ
ｎｏｎ　ｃｈｕｓ　ｃｉｔｒｉ）ゴシ　ピ（Ａ　ｈｉｓ
　　ｏｓｓ　　ｉｉ）などの同翅類；ブラテラ　ゲルマ
ニ力（Ｂｌａｔｔｅｌａ　ｇｅｒｍａｎｉｃａ）などの
直翅目である。
本相剰性配合は、とうもろこし、野菜類、棉、落葉果樹
、柑橘類、堅果頚及びぶどうなどの経済的に有用な作物
に対して、上記の有害ダニ類その他を防除するのに有用
である。
本相剰性配合を使用するのにあたって、個々の成分は、
アベルメクチン化合物の１部から混合化合物の２５００
部まで、そしてアベルメクチン化合物の１００部から混
合化合物１部にわたることのできる範囲の比率において
用いられる。
相剰性組成物は、貯蔵穀粒や農業用植物の有害ダニ類や
虫、及び植物組織の外部あるいは内部に生育する虫やダ
ニの未成熟の段階のものに対しても有用である。生育中
あるいは貯蔵中の作物に害を与える農業用害虫を防除す
るために本相剰性組成物を使用する場合には、噴霧剤、
粒剤、粉剤、乳剤などの既知の技術を用いて、生育中の
植物あるいはそれが植えられている土壌、あるいは貯蔵
作物に施与して、そのような農業害虫からの防護を行な
う。
相剰的な農業上、殺虫上、殺ダニ上、農薬上及び殺マイ
ト類上に効果を有する混合化合物とアベルメクチン化合

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 〔式中、ｎは０あるいは１であり； Ｒ＿１は▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ であり； Ｒ＿２は水素であり； 破線は一重結合あるいは二重結合を示し；しかし破線が
    一重結合の場合にのみＲ＿２は存在する；そして Ｒ＿３とＲ＿４とは互に独立的に水素原子あるいは低級
    アルキルである； を有するアベルメクチン化合物と；有機錫、ピレスロイ
    ド、キチン合成阻害剤、殺卵剤、代謝阻害剤、摂取刺激
    剤、有機カーバメート、有機燐、虫の成長調節剤、ホル
    ムアミジン、塩素化炭化水素及び天然殺虫性成分からな
    る群より選ばれた混合化合物との相剰性農業用、殺虫用
    、殺ダニ用及び農薬用配合。 ２、請求項１の相剰性配合において、有機錫化合物はサ
    イヘキサチンあるいはフェンブタチンオキサイドであり
    ；ピレスロイド化合物 はペルメトリン、シペルメトリン、フェンバレラートあ
    るいはデルタメトリンであり；キチン合成阻害剤はジフ
    ルベンジュロンあるいはテフルベンジュロンであり；殺
    卵剤はヘキシチアゾックスあるいはクロフェンテジンで
    あり；代謝阻害剤はピペロニルブトキサイ ドあるいはトリフェニルフォスフェートで あり；摂取刺激剤はカオックスであり；天然殺虫剤はバ
    チルスチューリンゲンシスであ り；有機カーバメート化合物は、メソミル、ジチオカル
    ブあるいはカルボフランであり；有機燐化合物はアセフ
    ェート、クロロピリホス、ダイアジノン、メチルパラチ
    オン、マラチオン、ジメトエートであり；３級アミンは
    カルタップであり；虫の成長調節剤化合物は、ジフルベ
    ンジュロンであり；ホルムアミジン化合物はアミトラズ
    あるいはクロロジメホルムであり、また塩素化炭化水素
    はジコホル、ブロモプロピレートあるいはエンドスルフ
    ァンであり、ここにおいてこれらの化合物はアベルメク
    チン化合物の１部から混合化合物の２５００部、アブル
    メクチン化合物の１００部から混合化合物の１部の比率
    において存在する。 ３、虫あるいはダニに汚染された農業用作物あるいは商
    品に請求項１記載の相剰性配合を施用することを特徴と
    する農業用の虫及びダニの汚染を処理する方法。
