一种杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于有效成分为三唑磷、爱福丁(Aver-mectin)。其中三唑磷含量5%~25%。爱福丁Avermectin含量为0.06~1.5%,本发明所提供的杀虫剂组合物是一种高效,中等偏低毒性、成本低、抗性风险低的新型复配农药。

Description

一种三唑磷、爱福丁杀虫剂组合物
本发明涉及一种农药,具体地说是一种复配杀虫剂。
小菜蛾(Diamondback moth,plutella Xylostella L)是鳞翅目,菜蛾科昆虫,是危害十字花科作物的世界性难治害虫。在美国、东南亚国家及我国的福建、广东、云南、台湾等南方省份地区已成为蔬菜生产上的一大难题。小菜蛾由于繁殖速度快(在我国广东、福建一年发生十二代左右),世代重叠严重,对杀虫剂极易产生抗性等生物学特性,已有资料表明目前它已对常用的杀虫剂几乎都已产生高抗,给防治工作带来了极大困难,所以尽快开发研制出一种对抗性小菜蛾有特效,且在价格上能被广大菜农接受的好药剂,已成为生产上急需。
爱福丁(Avermectin)类杀虫剂(害极灭),是八十年代末由美国MSD公司在我国推广应用于防治抗性小菜蛾的新药剂,并在我国以1.8%害极灭获得农药登记。目前国产同类产品1.8%爱福丁也已获得登记应用。Avermectin是一类新型微生物杀虫剂,由于其独特的杀虫机制——通过GABA系统,而使昆虫致死,与其他常规杀虫剂间不存在交互抗性,对抗性小菜蛾有较突出的防效,但由于价格昂贵,使用成本高而无法在生产上广泛应用。
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种高效、低残留、低成本,害虫不易产生抗性的杀虫剂组台物。
本发明杀虫剂组合物的组成(重量/体积)
三唑磷              5-25%
爱福丁(Avermeetin)  0.06-15%
助剂                8-12%
溶剂                余量
本发明所述的助剂可以是本领域的技术人员熟知的农药助剂,如0201B,500#与600#农药助剂的混合物。
本发明所述的溶剂可以是本领域内技术人员所熟知的溶剂,如二甲苯、丙酮等。
为了使本发明杀虫剂组合物发挥更好的增效作用,可加入10-20%(重量/体积)的植物油或矿物油。本发明所指的植物油可以是棕榈油、蓖麻油、油菜籽油、花生油、大豆油等之中任何一种或几种的混合物。本发明所指的矿物油可以是柴油、汽油、煤油等之中的任何一种或几种的混合物。
本发明较已有技术相比具有如下典型优点:
1.原料来源广泛,复配增效作用显著。
三唑磷是一种高效中毒,低残留的有机磷农药,对害虫有很强的触杀击倒作用,并有一定的内吸、渗透作用,国内原料来源广。它通过采用本发明提供的配方与爱福丁复配而成的杀虫剂,具有高的增效作用(CTC值348)且制剂稳定。
2.速效、高效性。
反复试验结果表明,本发明的组合物1000-2500倍使用时,药后24小时,对抗性小菜蛾的防效在70%左右,约后第三天,防效可达90%以上。
3.持效期长。
大田示范结果表明,本发明杀虫剂组合物在1000-2500倍使用时,药后第七天防效仍达85-95%,显示出较好的持效期。
4.经济性。
使用本发明杀虫剂组合物,其药剂成本分别仅为进口农药害极灭和国产的爱福丁的1/8-1/5,大幅度降低使用成本。
5.安全性。
根据广东省劳动卫生监察所的试验报告,本发明杀虫剂组合物对大白鼠的经皮和经口急性LD50值分别为2590mg/kg和147)/mg/kg属中等偏低毒性。

1、一种杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于该组合物含有5-25%三唑磷,0.06-1.5%爱福丁(Avermectin),助剂8-12%,余量为溶剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于该组合物中含有10-20%的植物油或矿物油。
