Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 壁４，５，８によりキヤビテイ６を包囲する
    ハウジング１００を具え、前記壁のうちの少なく
    とも１個の壁に電気抵抗素子を関連させて設けた
    電気オーブンにおいて、前記キヤビテイ６に、一
    方の側面１７が開放しかつ調理中食品５０Ａ，５
    ０Ｂを配置する調理室１６Ａを構成する金属製の
    ボツクス構体１６を設け、このボツクス構体の壁
    １８，１９，２０，２１と前記オーブン１のキヤ
    ビテイ６の壁４，８，５，２２との間に内部空間
    ２３，８８を生ずる状態に前記ボツクス構体１６
    を位置決めしたことを特徴とする電気オーブン。 ２ オーブン１内で強制空気循環流を発生する手
    段１０，９，１４を具え、前記オーブン１のハウ
    ジング１００とボツクス構体１６との間に存在す
    る内部空間２３，８８内に前記空気を通過させる
    請求項１記載の電気オーブン。 ３ ボツクス構体１６の底壁２１および頂壁２０
    に前記構体１６を前記オーブン１のキヤビテイ６
    の壁から離しておき、また前記キヤビテイ６内の
    強制空気循環流のためのデフレクタとして作用す
    るスペーサ素子６１を設けた請求項１または２記
    載の電気オーブン。 ４ 前記オーブン１のための通常のドア２４に前
    記ボツクス構体１６を閉鎖する部分２５を設けた
    請求項１記載の電気オーブン。 ５ 前記ボツクス構体１６の前面に沿つて強制空
    気流を循環させるため前記オーブン１のドア２４
    に内部空間６２を設けた請求項４記載の電気オー
    ブン。 ６ 前記ボツクス構体１６自体にドアを設けた請
    求項１記載の電気オーブン。 ７ 食品の調理中に発生する煙を調理室１６Ａか
    ら除去する煙道７２をボツクス構体１６に設け、
    この煙道７２を前記構体１６の天井２０または開
    放側面１７を閉鎖するドアに設けた請求項４また
    は６記載の電気オーブン。 ８ 前記ボツクス構体１６の少なくとも１個の壁
    ２０に関連して少なくとも１個の温度センサ手段
    ７３を具えた請求項１乃至７のうちのいずれか一
    項に記載の電気オーブン。 ９ 前記ボツクス構体１６の調理室１６Ａ内に、
    空気循環流を発生させる手段６５，６６，６７は
    、前記ボツクス構体１６内に形成してボツクス構
    体の端壁１９と隔壁６４との間に生ずる隔室６３
    内に配置したフアン６７を有するものとして構成
    した請求項１記載の電気オーブン。 １０ ボツクス構体１６に関連するフアン６７を
    、前記オーブン１に関連するフアン１０の駆動軸
    ６８に着脱自在に連結した請求項２または９記載
    の電気オーブン。 １１ ボツクス構体１６に加熱素子５０を設けた
    請求項１または９記載の電気オーブン。 １２ ボツクス構体１６を前記オーブン１内に出
    し入れ可能に挿入しかつ着脱自在に固定可能に構
    成した請求項１記載の電気オーブン。 １３ 前記ボツクス構体１６を折り畳み可能に構
    成した請求項１２記載の電気オーブン。 １４ ボツクス構体１６の壁１８，１９，２０，
    ２１を熱伝達特性の良好な材料例えば、アルミニ
    ウムで内張りした請求項１乃至１３のうちのいず
    れか一項に記載の電気オーブン。 １５ 前記ドア２４の近傍にボツクス構体１６の
    ドアに近接する部分を包囲し、ほぼ環状をなしオ
    ーブン１のキヤビテイ６に補完し合う輪郭のプレ
    ート８３を具え、プレート８３を前記ボツクス構
    体１６および前記キヤビテイ６の壁４，５，２２
    に掛合させた請求項１記載の電気オーブン。 １６ ボツクス構体１６の頂壁２０および底壁２
    １を側方に突出させ、オーブン１のキヤビテイ６
    の側壁２２とともに強制空気流を循環させる内部
    空間８８を形成した請求項１または１４記載の電
    気オーブン。 １７ 前記オーブン１に関連するフアン１０から
    の強制空気流を通過させかつボツクス構体１６の
    側方に存在する内部空間８８に対応する位置で前
    記壁２０，２１に設けた開孔８５に向けて前記空
    気流を案内するダクト８４を前記ボツクス構体１
    ６の頂壁２０および底壁２１に設けた請求項１５
    記載の電気オーブン。
