Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は車両用（自動車用）シートにおけるア
ームレスト収納部の底部構造、詳しくは第１図に
示す凹窪状アームレスト収納部の左、右側壁を形
成する布地ａ，a′に、上側壁を形成する布地ｂを
その縫い代ｃ，c′を外側にして縫着し、その少な
くとも一方の布地ｂの下部をシート内部の枠部材
１０に内側より外側方向に巻き込みその端末を固
定ワイヤ１１に止着し、枠部材１０にパネルｄを
張着して形成するアームレスト収納部における底
部構造の改良に関するものである。
従来この種のものは第１図に示す如く底部の上
隅部イが前記布地ａとｂとの縫い代ｃの枠部材１
０への突き当りにより脹むため、枠部材１０に沿
つて的確に形状を出すことができなかつた。従つ
て、アームレストの使用状態においてその収納部
の底部が外部から視覚できるため、美観が悪いば
かりか、アームレストを収納した状態において
も、アームレストが収納部の底部における膨みに
より収納状態が良好にならない不具合があつた。
そこで、本考案は斯様な従来品の不具合を除去
することを目的とするものであり、その要旨とす
るところは、布地ａ，a′とｂとの縫い代に対応す
る枠部材に、縫い代が挿込まれる溝部を設けて、
前記アームレスト収納部における底部の隅部が角
状に布地ａ，a′とｂとによつて形成されるように
したものである。
以下、本考案の一実施例を第２図乃至第４図に
基づいて説明する。
アームレスト収納部Ａは第２図に示す如く、シ
ートバツクＢの略中央に、アームレストＣが、収
納し得るように設けてあり、その底部は第３図、
第４図に示す如く、その隅部イ，イが角状に形成
されている。
アームレスト収納部Ａは左右側壁を形成する布
地ａ，a′、上側壁を形成する布地ｂ、下側壁を形
成する布地（この布地はアームレストＣにより外
部から視覚されないし、また、下方が解放状のア
ームレスト収納部においてはこの布地は不必要で
ある）、パネルｄとにより構成され、これらの部
材は、シートバツクＢ内部に設けた枠部材２０の
輪郭に倣つて、その底部の形状が形成される。
枠部材２０は上、下のシートフレーム２１間に
渉つて固定した縦フレーム２２，２２と、この縦
フレーム２２，２２の上下に横架した線材製の横
フレーム２３とからなり、この横フレーム２３の
左右端部と、縦フレーム２２，２２との間に溝部
２０ａ，２０ｂが生じるように、横フレーム２３
は倒コ字状に形成されその両遊端が固定ワイヤ１
１に固定されている。
前記布地ａ，a′と布地ｂはその縫い代ｃ，c′が
外側になるように張着され、布地ｂの下部は横フ
レーム２３の内側より固定ワイヤ１１方向に引張
られ、その端末が固定ワイヤ１１にボツグリング
１２，１２に止着されている。なお、布地ａ，
a′の下端の端末は縦フレーム２２，２２の内側よ
り外側に折曲げられ、パネルｄの枠部材２０への
張着によつて固定される。
図中１３は布地ａ，a′，ｂを枠部材２０に張着
後、適宜方法で枠部材２０の外側に止着されてい
る。
斯して、以上の筒状に縫着されその上端縁がシ
ートバツクＢの表皮部材に縫着されている布地
ａ，a′，ｂは、その縫い代ｃ，c′の下端部が、前
記横フレーム２３の左右端部に設けた溝部２０
ａ，２０ｂ内に挿込まれるため、アームレスト収
納部Ａの底部における隅部イ，イ′は角状を呈す
るように張着される。
なお、図示する枠部材２０の溝部２０ａ，２０
ｂは、枠部材２０を構成する横フレーム２３をコ
字状に折曲げてその両端を固定ワイヤ１１に固定
することにより設けているが、横フレーム２３を
フレーム２２，２２に、直接固定するものにおい
ては、その横フレーム２３の両端を外方にＵ字状
に折曲げて、溝部２０ａ，２０ｂを形成するも任
意である。
本案構造によれば、枠部材に設けた溝部に、布
地の縫い代が挿込まれるため、布地は、枠部材の
輪郭に倣つて張着され、前記従来品の如き、底部
の隅部が脹むことがない。従つて、従来品に比
べ、美観が向上し、且つ所定形状に形成されるた
めヘツドレストの収納状態が極めて良好になる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来品の縦断面図、第２図乃至第４図
は本考案を示し、第２図は本案構造によるシート
の斜視図、第３図は縦断面図、第４図は一部切欠
して示す斜視図である。 図中Ａはアームレスト収納部、２０は枠部材、
２０ａ，２０ｂは枠部材に設けた溝部、ｃ，c′は
布地ａ，a′と布地ｂとの縫い代を夫々示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 凹窪状アームレスト収納部の左、右側壁を形成
    する布地ａ，a′に、上側壁を形成する布地ｂをそ
    の縫い代を外側にして縫着し、その少なくとも一
    方の布地の下部をシート内部の枠部材に内側より
    外側方向に巻き込みその端末を固定ワイヤに止着
    し、枠部材にパネルを張着してアームレストの底
    部を形成するものにおいて、前記布地ａ，a′とｂ
    との縫い代に対応する枠部材に、縫い代が挿込ま
    れる溝部を設けてなる車両用シートにおけるアー
    ムレスト収納部の底部構造。
