Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ホルダに装着された工作機械用切削工具に
    対し投光する投光装置と、この投光を受ける受光
    カメラ装置と、上記切削工具に対応して予め設定
    された受光領域内での定点に該切削工具の特定点
    が位置するように該切削工具を位置づける位置決
    め装置と、上記受光カメラ装置の画像情報にもと
    づいて、その画素の明暗データが上記工具に対応
    して予め設定された許容範囲内にあるかを判断す
    る画像処理装置とを有することとする工作機械用
    切削工具の異常検出装置。 (2) 画像処理装置は、受光領域内の明暗画素の
    占めるそれぞれの面積が、切削工具に対応して予
    め設定された許容範囲内にあるかを判断する回路
    を備えていることとする請求項(1)に記載の工作
    機械用切削工具の異常検出装置。 (3) 画像処理装置は、切削工具の特定点に対応
    した画像のアドレスが、該切削工具に対応して予
    め設定された許容範囲内にあるかを判断する回路
    を備えていることとする請求項(1)または請求項(
    2)に記載の工作機械用切削工具の異常検出装置。 (4) 投光装置、受光カメラ装置及び位置決め装
    置は、工作機械に対し一定関係の位置にもたらさ
    れる基板上に配設され、位置決め装置は主軸を移
    動せしめて切削工具を定点に位置づけるように設
    定されていることとする請求項(1)に記載の工作
    機械用切削工具の異常検出装置。 (5) 基板上の投光装置と受光カメラ装置は、ミ
    ラーを介して屈曲せられた光路上に配されている
    こととする請求項(1)または請求項(4)に記載の工
    作機械用切削工具の異常検出装置。 (6) 基板には切削工具が投光装置と受光装置間
    の光路を遮ぎる位置まで進入可能な切欠部が設け
    られていることとする請求項(4)または請求項(5)
    に記載の工作機械用切削工具の異常検出装置。 (7) 基板は、切欠部が切削工具から離間する方
    向に退避可能ならしめる開閉機構に連結されてい
    ることとする請求項(7)に記載の工作機械用切削
    工具の異常検出装置。 (8) 基板は、切欠部と反対側の位置に回動軸を
    有し、開閉機構は、上記回動軸まわりに基板を上
    方に牽引して退避位置にもたらす可撓部材を有す
    ると共に、非牽引時には定位置のＶ溝をもつブロ
    ツクに基板上のＶ突部が係止する定位置係止手段
    が設けられていることとする請求項(7)に記載の
    工作機械用切削工具の異常検出装置。
