【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の背景と目的〕
本考案は、デツプタイプのコネクタへ、直接挿
入抜去可能な、補強板付テープ電線の改良に係わ
るものである。

従来、デツプタイプコネクタへ、直接挿入抜去
可能なテープ電線として、並列配置された複数本
の導体と、該導体外周を絶縁一体化した絶縁体と
より成るテープ電線端末部の、絶縁体を剥ぎ取
り、導体が露出すると共に、露出導体の一面に補
強テープが設けられて成る補強板付テープ電線が
既に提案実用化されている。
可能なテープ電線として、並列配置された複数本
の導体と、該導体外周を絶縁一体化した絶縁体と
より成るテープ電線端末部の、絶縁体を剥ぎ取
り、導体が露出すると共に、露出導体の一面に補
強テープが設けられて成る補強板付テープ電線が
既に提案実用化されている。
ところで、従来のこの種補強板付テープ電線
は、腰が若干弱く、コネクタへの挿入が不十分で
あつた。

抗が大きく、特に温湿度サイクル、ヒートサイク
ル、熱衝撃で接触抵抗のバラツキが極端に大きく

本考案の目的は、前記した従来技術の欠点を触
消し、信頼性の高い改良された補強板付テープ電
線を提供することにある。

ここで導体１としては、厚さと幅が0.1×1.27
mm、あるいは0.1×0.8mmの平角銅箔、平角銀青銅
箔に錫メツキ、半田メツキ等をしたものが使用さ
れる。

絶縁テープ２，３としては、ポリエチレンテレ
フタレート（PET）25μ厚さに、塩化ビニル
（PVC）100μ厚を接着した複合テープ、あるい

して機械的に剥取るもの、あるいは絶縁テープ貼

188μ厚さに、接着剤30μ厚で設けたものが使用さ

- 並列配置された複数本の導体と、該導体外周を
絶縁一体化した絶縁体とより成るテープ電線端末
の絶縁体の一面は剥離されて導体が露出されてい
ると共に、絶縁体の残つた他面にはゴムフイルム
からなる補強板が設けて構成されていることを特
徴とする補強板付テープ電線。
