Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、クッション・カバーの縁が適当な形ををする
部材で固定され、支持台には凹み及び突起を有するＵ字
形の縁が備えられている、合成樹脂から射出成形された
クツ７ョンの支持台とクツ／タン・カバーとを固定する
装置に関する。
酷使される座席用家具、特に乗物用の座席のクノンヨン
の場合には、クッション・カバー又はクツ７ョンを交換
するために、特にカバーを再使用する際に、カバーの固
定装置を容易に脱すことが困難である。特に乗物用の座
席の場合には、クツ／タンを実際に製造する際座席カバ
ーの背後に発泡体を取り付けることが近頃の傾向であり
、取り脱しできない固定方法が採られている。他方、乗
物用の座席は一般に非常な労力をかけないとクッション
がその支持台から殆ど取り脱せないように設計されてい
る。クッションが擦り切れたりカバーか摩耗した場合に
は、座席の台枠又は背もたれ全体を交換する必要がある
ことが多い。交換できるカバーが得られると、現在用い
られているカバーは不要になり、クッションの交換も容
易になるであろう。
フランス特許第２，４８１，９０７号においては、プラ
スチック材料から作られた座席支持台を有する座席が記
載されている。この支持台は凹みを有するＵ字形の縁を
有し、その中に対称的に配置されたクランプの突起が備
えられ、その間に広げられたカバーの縁を挟んで保持す
るようになっている。このクランプによる連結装置はそ
の設計によっては全く取り脱しできないか、或いは道具
を用いなければならないが、そうすると損傷を与えかね
ない。
ドイツ特許公開明細書第２，３４０，８３１号において
は、椅子のカバー及び支持台の突起に噛み合う鈎付きの
板が記載されている。この鈎付きの板は支持台の側面に
引っ掛けることにより固定される。この連結方法は取り
脱しか非常に困難である。他の具体化例では連結を取り
脱すことはできるが、固定が不充分であり、ひとりでに
脱れることもあり得る。
本発明の目的は、確実ｌこ固定でき、しかも容易に取り
脱し及び再固定が可能であり、手による特別な熟練を要
せずに簡単な方法でクッション・カバー及びクッンヨン
を交換し得る上記の型の固定装置、特に乗物用座席のク
ッション・カバーの固定装置を提供することである。
この目的は、凹みが縁の外側の脚部から少なくとも中火
部分において該凹みの中の区域で同じ方向に延びた突起
の所まで延びており、部材が鈎付きの板から成りその鈎
形の部分が突起に引っ掛かるようにすることにより達成
される。
これによってカバー及び／又はクッションを容易に交換
することができる。
支持台は、例えばプラスチックから作られたフレーム又
は皿状物から成ることが好ましい。鈎付きの板は適当な
熱可塑性樹脂、例えばポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン又
は同様な弾性特性を有する他のプラスチック樹脂から成
形することができる。
鈎付きの板は弾力性を持ち、支持台の幾何学的形状に合
うが、充分な剛性を持ち大幅に変形しないものでなけれ
ばならない。勿論、鈎付きの板か嵌め込まれたとき、カ
バーは伸張し、座席に荷重がかかっている場合には固定
装置か脱れてはならない。このことは全く問題にならな
い。何故ならばたいていの場合はクッション・カバーが
ピンと張られてクッションの上に皺がなくしっかりと掛
けられているからである。
本発明の固定装置は、支持台を射出成形法によって作る
ことにより非常に安価に製造することができる。何故な
らば支持台を作るための成形金型にはスライダの必要が
ないからである。即ち中央部分と突起との間の領域にお
いて成形金型のそれぞれの半分の輪郭は直角に交わって
いる。
本発明の新規な固定装置の一実施態様においては内側の
脚部から突起までの距離は輻Ｂよりも狭くなっている。
これによって意図せずに連結が脱れることに対する特別
な防禦がなされている。
鈎付きの板は突起に嵌まり、ひとりでに脱れることはな
い。クッションが圧縮されたときクック１ン・カバーが
少なくとも撓むにつれて、鈎は凹みの中で他の脚部の方
向に押されてクッション・カバーを脱し、鈎は突起の外
に滑り出て鈎付きの板を突起と第２の脚部との間の隙間
から引き出すことができる。
次に乗物用座席のクノンヨンを例とした本発明の新規な
固定装置の模式図である添付図面を参照して本発明の説
明を行う。
クンジョンｌは皿の形をした支持台２の中に置かれてい
るが、支持台は実質的にその縁３の部分だけが示されて
いる。支持台２はガラス繊維含有率が３０重量％のポリ
アミド−６から作られた射出成形品から成っている。そ
の縁３は内側の脚部４から中央部分５を経てＵ字形をな
して外側の脚部６に至っている。縁３は一定の距離の所
に凹み７を有し、この凹みは一方では中央部分５の中心
８まで延び、他方では突起９の高さの所で外側の脚部６
に至っている。突起９は凹み７の区域では内側の脚部４
の方向に延びている。ポリエチレンから作られた可視性
を有する鈎付きの板ＩＯは突起９に噛み合い、これにク
ッション・カバー１２の縁１１が固定される。鈎付きの
板１０の幅Ｂは脚部４から突起９までの距離よりも僅か
に大きく、従って鈎付きの板１０の鈎１３はひとりでに
突起９から滑り出ることはない。勿論クッション・カバ
ーの寸法はクッション１をきっちりと覆うような寸法で
ある。
本発明の主な特徴及び態様は次の通りである。
■、クッション・カバー（１２）の縁（１１）が適当な
形を有する部材（１０）で固定され、支持台（２）には
凹み（７）及び突起（９）を有するＵ字形の縁（３）が
備えられている、合成樹脂から射出成形されたクッショ
ン（１）の支持台（２）とクッンヨン・カバー（Ｉ２）
とを固定する装置であって、該凹み（７）は、該縁（３
）の外側の脚部（６）から少なくとも中央部分（５）に
おいて該凹みの中の区域で同じ方向に延びた突起（９）
の所まで延びており、該部材（１０）は鈎付きの板（１
０）から成り、その鈎形の部分（１３）が突起に引っ掛
かることを特徴とする固定装置。
２、内側の脚部（１４）から突起（９）までの距離は鈎
付きの板（１０）の幅Ｂより短い上記ｌに記載の固定装
置。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、クッション・カバー（１２）の縁（１１）が適当な
    形を有する部材（１０）で固定され、支持台（２）には
    凹み（７）及び突起（９）を有するＵ字形の縁（３）が
    備えられている、合成樹脂から射出成形されたクッショ
    ン（１）の支持台（２）とクッション・カバー（１２）
    とを固定する装置であって、該凹み（７）は、該縁（３
    ）の外側の脚部（６）から少なくとも中央部分（５）に
    おいて該凹みの中の区域で同じ方向に延びた突起（９）
    の所まで延びており、該部材（１０）は鈎付きの板（１
    ０）から成り、その鈎形の部分（１３）が突起に引っ掛
    かることを特徴とする固定装置。
