Description

ん、コーティング、コーティング溶媒及び硬化剤の物理
化学的性質によって決定される。

ン(ダウ・コーニングのシリコーン244液)約14k

トした。第4図の組成物(九方物D)を2回目のサイク
ルに使用した(第5図)。実施例1は7日間10 ma
g/ m0以上の平均ミノシフリン値を維持した。この
10 mcg/ mQは治療値である。実施例2及び3
はそのような治療値をIO日間維持した。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、複数の乾いた別々の微粒子として投与するのに適し
た経口組成物であって、 (i)下記マトリックス(ii)中に分散させた有効量
の少くとも1つの治療剤、 (ii)生体適合性及び生分解性重合体を含んでなるマ
トリックス、 からなる微粒子を含有することを特徴とする治療剤を歯
根膜隙に局所的に投与するための経口組成物。 2、(i)下記マトリックス(ii)中に分散された有
効量の少くとも1つの治療剤、 (ii)生体適合性及び生分解性重合体を含んでなるマ
トリックス、 を含んでなる複数の乾いた別々の微粒子の有効量を、歯
の病気の処置の必要な患者の歯ぐきと歯の間に投与する
ことを特徴とする歯の病気の軽減法。 3、(1)患者の歯ぐきと歯の間の歯根膜隙に差し込む
のに適した出口手段で終る容器; (2)該出口手段内に含まれる微粒子に、外部から適用
された圧力を移動させて、該微粒子を該出口手段の先端
から該歯根膜隙中へ分与する手段;及び該出口手段内の
