Description
にポリオレフィンの成形加工時の安定性向上および耐熱
性の向上した組成物に関するものである。
ンは、優れた機械的性質を有し、成形品、フィルム、繊
維用として極めて有用であるが、反面空気の存在下で熱
の作用によって容易に酸化劣化を受ける欠点を有してい
る。その点から、従来から酸化劣化を防止する為に種々
の抗酸化剤が提案されている。アルキルフェノール系の
抗酸化剤としては、例えば2.6−ジ第3ブチル−P−
クレゾール、n−オクタデシル−(3,5−ジー第3ブ
チル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート、4.
4′−ブチリデンビス(3−メチル−6−第3ブチルフ
エノール)、テトラ、[メチレン−3−(3゜5−ジー
tjS3フチルー4−ヒドロキシフェノール)プロピオ
ネートコメタン等の使用が一般的である。

研究を行った結果、アルキルフェノール系安定剤として
特定のものを使用し、併用する各種安定剤を選択するこ
とにより、極めて良好な相乗的な安定効果を見出し本発
明に至った。

に対し、0.1〜2.0重量部であり、かつa)とb)
の混合比率が1対4〜6重量部であるポリオレフィン樹
