Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は射出成形したパリソンを直ちに中空
成形品に延伸吹込成形する機械に関するものであ
る。
機台上方に基板を水平に設け、その基板の下側
に所要数のネツク型を下面に有する回転板を取付
け、上記ネツク型の停止位置毎に射出成形部、温
度調整部、延伸吹込成形部、離型部を順に配置し
た機械(特公昭53−22096号参照)では、上記各
部の基板上に、コアやロツド、離型部材等を基板
及び回転を貫通して上下動する昇降装置が配設さ
れ、射出コアを除く他のコアやロツド等の昇降装
置は、すべて各部ごとに基板上に固定されてい
る。
この発明は上記機械が必要とするコアやロツ
ド、離型部材等の上下動を、共通の昇降装置によ
り行なえるようにし、これにより温度調整部及び
延伸吹込成形部、離型部の3個所に配設されてい
た昇降装置を除き、基板上の構造の簡素化は勿論
のこと、機械の小型化と価格の低減を図り、射出
延伸吹込機械の普及に大いに役立て得る新たな構
成の機械を提供するものである。
上記目的によるこの発明は、温度調整部、延伸
吹込成形部、離型部の三方に及ぶ作動板を基板に
佇設した案内杆と昇降装置とにより上下動自在に
保持して基板上に設け、その作動板の延伸吹込成
形部に当たる部分に延伸ロツドを貫設した吹込コ
ア及び延伸ロツド伸縮装置とを設け、かつ温度調
整部及び離型部に当たる部分には、温度調整用コ
ア及び離型部材とコアとをそれぞれ設け、上記作
動板の昇降により上記各コア及び離型部材の上下
動を同時に行なうようにしてなる。
以下この発明を図示の例により詳細に説明す
る。
1は機台で上方に所要間隔を空けて基板2が水
平に配設してある。この基板2の下側には90゜角
ごとに4個のネツク型4を下面に有する回転板3
が取付けてあり、また基板2の上面中央には、回
転板3を90゜角づつ間欠的に回転する駆動装置5
が設置してある。
上記ネツク型4の停止位置はそれぞれ射出成形
部A、温度調整部B、延伸吹込成形部C、離型部
Dとなつており、射出成形部Aの機台1と基板2
との間には垂直方向に開閉及び型締めされる射出
金型6が設けてある。また温度調整部Bにおける
機台1と基板2との間には加熱ポツト7が昇降自
在に配設され、さらに延伸吹込成形部Cでは水平
方向に開閉及び型締めされる吹込金型8が設けて
ある。
上記基板2の上には、温度調整部B、延伸吹込
成形部C、離型部Dの三方に及ぶ作動板9が、基
板上に佇設した2本の案内杆10に上下動自在に
保持させて水平に設けてあり、かつ案内杆10の
頂部に架設した連結板11と作動板9とにわたり
エアシリンダによる昇降装置12が設けてある。
また基板2の射出成形部Aの上部には、基板2
を貫通して取付けたタイバー13にわたり固定し
た射出コア14の油圧装置15が配設してある。
上記作動板9の温度調整部Bに位置する部分に
は、温度調整コア16が取付けてあり、また延伸
吹込成形部Cに位置する部分には、延伸ロツド1
7を貫設した吹込コア18と、エアシリンダによ
る延伸ロツド伸縮装置19とが取付けてある。さ
らにまた離型部Dに位置する部分には、ネツク型
開放用のクサビ20と、クサビ20がネツク型に
割り込んで開く前に中空成形品内に挿入され、型
開きするネツク型から確実に中空成形品を離型す
るコア21とからなる離型部材が取付けてあり、
各部におけるコア及びクサビ等は、作動板9の下
方移動により同時に基板2及び回転板3を貫通し
て金型やパリソン或は成形品などに挿入され、ま
た作動板9の上方移動により一斉に基板上へと引
上げられる。
なお図中22は回転板3の位置決めピンで、作
動板9に取付けてあるが、基板2に直接設けても
よい。しかしそのような場合にはピン22を抜き
差しするエアシリンダが必要となる。
この考案は上述のように、温度調整部B、延伸
吹込成形部C、離型部Dの三方に及ぶ作動板9
を、基板2に佇設した案内杆10と昇降装置12
とにより上下動自在に保持して基板上に設け、そ
の作動板9の延伸吹込成形部Cに当る部分に延伸
ロツド17を貫設した吹込コア18と延伸ロツド
伸縮装置19とを設け、かつ温度調整部Bと離型
部に当る部分に温度調整コア16と離型に必要な
部材20,21とをそれぞれ設け、作動板9によ
つて各コア及び部材を同時に作動するようにした
ので、従来必要とされていた温度調整コア、吹込
コア、離型部材等の昇降装置が不要となる。また
作動板により吹込コアを挿入したのちに延伸ロツ
ドの伸長ができるので、延伸吹込成形部における
パリソンの軸方向延伸とエア吹込の二段操作をも
円滑になすことができるなどの利点を有し、機械
の小型化はもとより、価格の低減と操作の簡略化
をも図る上においてきわめて有益なものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 機台上方に基板を水平に設け、その基板下側
    に所要数のネツク型を下面に有する回転板を備
    え、ネツク型の停止位置毎に射出成形部、温度調
    整部、延伸吹込成形部、離型部を順に配置した機
    械において、温度調整部、延伸吹込成形部、離型
    部の三方に及ぶ作動板を、基板に佇設した案内杆
    と昇降装置とにより上下動自在に保持して基板上
    に設け、その作動板の延伸吹込成形部に当たる部
    分に延伸ロツドを貫設した吹込コア及び延伸ロツ
    ド伸縮装置とを設け、かつ温度調整部と離型部に
    当たる部分には、温度調整コア及び離型に必要な
    部材とをそれぞれ設けてなることを特長とする射
    出延伸吹込成形機。
