り、第1図はころ軸受用保持器の要部を示す縦断
面図、第2図はころを保持させた状態の保持器を
示す部分断面図、第3図はころ軸受用保持器の全
体を略示した斜視図、第4図はポケツト形成用の
パンチを示す斜視図、第5図は打ち抜き後のポケ
ツト内面を略示した説明図である。また、第6図
および第7図はポケツト形成過程における後処理
を説明するための図で、第6図はポケツト外径側
開口縁を示す処理前の断面図、第7図は第6図に
対応する処理後の断面図である。さらに、第8図
および第9図はともに従来例にかかり、第8図は
M型保持器を示す縦断面図、第9図は他の従来例
のころ軸受用保持器を示す縦断面図である。 2…ポケツト、3…内周溝、4…仕切部、5…
薄肉部、6…厚肉部、7…突起、11…剪断面、
12…破断面。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸方向中央部が内周溝により薄肉に形成され、
    円周数箇所にころ収容用ポケツトが形成されてい
    るとともに、前記ポケツト間の仕切部において前
    記薄肉部に外方へのころ抜けを防ぐ突起が、薄肉
    部両側の厚肉部の内径側に内方へのころ抜けを防
    ぐ突起がそれぞれ形成され、 かつ、前記ころ収容用ポケツトの内面の少なく
    とも前記薄肉部を含む外径側が剪断により形成さ
    れ、それ以外の内径側が破断により形成されてい
    ることを特徴とするころ軸受用保持器。
