Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、フラットパッケージ形電子部品に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のフラットパラゲージ彫型子部品は、第５図の様な
形状となっていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかし従来のフラットパッケージ形電子部品は、第６図
に示す様に、ボディーとリードの間に太きなすき間があ
り、そこに半田がたまったまま切れず半田ブリッジが起
ってしまうという問題があった。
本発明の目的は、従来技術の欠陥をなくし半田デイツプ
時にリード部に半田かたまらず半田ブリッジの起らない
フラットパッケージ形電子部品を提供するものである。
〔問題点を解決する為の手段〕
本発明のフラットパッケージ形電子部品は、部品リード
に半田ブリッジ防止用の突起を設けた事を特徴とする。
〔実　施　例〕
本発明のフラットパッケージ形電子部品の第一実施例を
図面を用いて説明する。第１図に示す様に、フラットパ
ッケージ形電子部品の部品リードは、−呈上方向に曲げ
られさらに下方向に曲げである。これを半田デイツプを
行った時の状態を第２図に示す、半田デイツプ６ごおい
て、半田はリードの突起形状部をったい下方向に落ちる
。この為半田ブリッジの原因となっていた余分な半田は
全くのこらず、半田ブリッジの発生はない０本発明者が
実験を行った結果においては、半田ブリッジの４星′は
ほとんどＯであった。
第２実施例を第３図に示す。フラットパッケージ形電子
部品のリード間の不要部に突起部を作り、曲げ加工によ
り上方向に起し突起部を形成しである。この場合におい
ても、第一実施例同様の効果が得られる。
′　　第３実施例を第４図に示す、フラットパッケージ
形電子部品のパッケージ本体より出る所を直接上方向に
曲げさらにそれを下方向に曲げである。
この場合においても、第一実施例同様の効果が得られる
。
以上のように本発明を３つの実施例により説明したがも
ちろんこれに限定されるものでなく、１本おき等部分的
にリードに突起形状を設けたフラットパッケージ形電子
部品に活用出来るものである。
〔発明の効果〕
以上に示す通り本発明のフラットパッケージ形電子部品
は、半田デイツプ時に部品リード部に設けられた突起部
を半田かっない余分な半田か残らない為、半田ブリッジ
が激減する。
