Claims (1)
- 中空にボルト挿通孔１が形成されると共に、一
対の冷却水連通孔２が設けられ、平面円形で少な
くとも一方の内周縁及び外周縁が立ち上げられて
皿状に形成された一対の金属板を、その内外周縁
同志で液密に接合して内部に冷却水が流通するよ
うに構成した複数のエレメント３を有し、前記連
通孔２で内部が互いに連通するように複数の前記
エレメント３を互いに小隙を有して積層したコア
４と、中心にボルト挿通孔を有し、前記コア４を
収納してその外周縁との間にほぼ等間隔に小隙を
形成すると共に、該コア４の軸方向両端面を被弊
する区画されたコア収納部５が設けられ且つ、前
記コア４の内部に連通するように前記収納部５に
一対の冷却水パイプ７，７が設けられ、前記収納
部５の外周を前記軸方向にオイルが流通すると共
に、その両端にオイル流通孔８，９を有するオイ
ルバイパス路６が設けられたケーシング１０と、
外周に形成されたフランジ部１５が前記ケーシン
グ１０の前記ボルト挿通孔の孔縁に接触され、両
端外周に夫々ネジ部１１が形成されると共に、中
間部内面に内部を軸方向に二分してその前後でオ
イル流通方向を変える仕切り１２が設けられ且つ
、外周にオイル孔１３が設けられた中空ボルト１
４と、を具備し、前記ケーシング１０の軸方向一
端がエンジンに前記中空ボルト１４を介して締結
されると共に、他端にオイルフイルタが締結され
、オイルが前記バイパス路６より前記オイルフイ
ルタを介して前記中空ボルト１４に流入し、次い
で前記コア４の各エレメント３，３間を半径方向
に流通するように構成したことを特徴とするオイ
ルクーラ。
