４〜６図は本考案の他の実施例に係る熱交換器の
扁平管の端部を示す要部斜視図及び分解斜視図、
第７〜１０図は従来の熱交換器を示す斜視図及び
断面図である。 １，２…ヘツダパイプ、３…入口管、４…出口
管、５…扁平管、５ａ，５ｂ…半扁平管、３０…
係合孔、３１ａ，３１ｂ…当接部、３２ａ，３２
ｂ…挿入部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被熱交換流体が流入する入口管３が取付けら
    れたヘツダパイプ１と、前記被熱交換流体が流出
    する出口管４が取付けられたヘツダパイプ２とを
    所定長離間するとともに平行に対設し、当該ヘツ
    ダパイプに穿設した複数の係合孔３０に前記扁平
    管５の端部を係合することによりこの両ヘツダパ
    イプ１，２間を前記多数の扁平管５により連通し
    たマルチフロータイプの熱交換器において、前記
    １つの扁平管５は、２つの半扁平管５ａ，５ｂを
    最中合せに接合することにより構成し、前記ヘツ
    ダパイプの係合孔３０の周縁の形状に対応して当
    接するように前記半扁平管５ａ，５ｂの端部に当
    接部３１ａ，３１ｂを形成したことを特徴とする
    マルチフロータイプの熱交換器。 ２ 前記半扁平管５ａ，５ｂの端部に、前記係合
    孔３０の形状に対応した外形形状を有する挿入部
    ３２ａ，３２ｂと、前記係合孔３０の周縁に当接
    する当接部３１ａ，３１ｂとを形成したことを特
    徴とする請求項１記載のマルチフロータイプの熱
    交換器。
