板状金属帯材の要部斜視図を示す。第4図は、ワ
イヤメツシユ板からなる平板状金属帯材の要部斜
視図を、第5図は、パンチングメタル板からなる
平板状金属帯材の要部斜視図を示す。 1,1′……金属製担持母体、2,2′,21
,22,23……平板状金属帯材、3,3′……
波板状金属帯材、4,4′……網目状通気孔路、
5……孔部、6……凸部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 薄肉金属板からなる平板状金属帯材と波板状
    金属帯材とを交互に重積して軸芯方向に多数の網
    目状通気孔路を有する積層構造の排気ガス浄化用
    触媒を担持するための金属製担持母体において、
    前記平板状金属帯材と波板状金属帯材の少なくと
    も一方の帯材が、孔部と該孔部の周囲または他の
    部位に設けられた排気ガス流に直交する凸部とを
    有するものであることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化
    用触媒の金属製担持母体。 2 平板状金属帯材と波板状金属帯材において、
    一方の帯材が孔部と該孔部の周囲または他の部位
    に設けられた排気ガス流に直交する凸部とを有す
    るもので構成され、他方の帯材が金属製メツシユ
    板で構成されるものである実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第1項に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒の金属製担
    持母体。 3 平板状金属帯材と波板状金属帯材において、
    一方の帯材が孔部と該孔部の周囲または他の部位
    に設けられた排気ガス流に直交する凸部とを有す
    るもので構成され、他方の帯材がパンチングメタ
    ル板で構成されるものである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第1項に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒の金属製
    担持母体。 4 平板状金属帯材と波板状金属帯材の両者が、
    孔部と該孔部の周囲または他の部位に設けられた
    排気ガス流に直交する凸部とを有するもので構成
    されるものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
    に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒の金属製担持母体。 5 積層構造が、平板状金属帯材と波板状金属帯
    材とを互に当接部を有するように重積し、これを
    1括渦巻状に巻回して軸芯方向に多数の網目状通
    気孔を有する積層構造とされたものである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれか1項
    に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒の金属製担持母体。 6 積層構造が、平板状金属帯材と波板状金属帯
    材とを階層状に積層して軸芯方向に多数の網目状
    通気孔を有する積層構造とされたものである実用
