Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 薄肉金属板の平板状帯材と波板状帯材を互に
当接するように重積し、これを一括渦巻状に巻回
積層して製作した多数の網目状通気孔路を有する
ハニカムコア体を、両端が開口した筒状金属ケー
ス内に填装し、両者を固着してなる排気ガス浄化
装置において、前記ハニカムコア体がその外周部
に前記筒状金属ケースの内壁面に固着されない凹
溝部を形成したものであることを特徴とする排気
ガス浄化装置。 2 凹溝部が、ハニカムコア体の外周部の円周方
向に1条または複数条に設けられたものである請
求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 3 凹溝部が断面略U字状、V字状あるいは矩形
状である請求項1または2に記載の排気ガス浄化
装置。 4 凹溝部が排気ガスの流れ方向で深さが異なる
ものである請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の
排気ガス浄化装置。 5 凹溝部の形成密度が排気ガスの流れ方向で異
なるものである請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記
載の排気ガス浄化装置。
