Claims (15)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに収容され、第1の回転部材軸線を中心として回転可能な第1の回転部材と、
第2の回転部材軸線を中心として回転可能な第2の回転部材であって、その外面にスクリュー形状を有する第2の回転部材と、
前記ハウジングに固定され、潤滑剤を含む潤滑部材と
を備える伝達機構であって、
前記潤滑部材は、円周の一部が欠けている形状を有し、前記第1の回転部材の周囲に配置され、前記第2の回転部材は、前記第2の回転部材の前記スクリュー形状が前記第1の回転部材の周囲に設けられた構成要素と係合することができるように、前記潤滑部材の前記円周の一部が欠けている部分に配置され、前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素と前記第2の回転部材の前記スクリュー形状との係合によって、前記第1の回転部材及び前記第2の回転部材のうちの一方の回転が、前記第1の回転部材及び前記第2の回転部材のうちの他方の回転を可能にし、
前記第1の回転部材が前記潤滑部材に対して回転している間に、前記潤滑部材は、弾性力に基づいて前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素に予圧を与えて接触することによって、前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素を前記潤滑剤で潤滑させる、伝達機構。 - 前記潤滑部材は、前記潤滑剤を含浸させた吸収性部材から構成されている、請求項1に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、弾性材から構成され、前記潤滑部材自体の弾性力に基づいて前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素に予圧を与えている、請求項1又は2に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記伝達機構は、弾性部材を更に備え、前記弾性部材が弾性力に基づいて前記潤滑部材を前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素に対して押圧することによって、前記潤滑部材は、前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素に予圧を与えている、請求項1又は2に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素に予圧を与えることによって前記潤滑部材自体を変形させて、前記潤滑剤を前記潤滑部材内で循環させる、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、前記第1の回転部材との接触によって前記第1の回転部材から吸熱し、前記ハウジングに伝熱する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、前記第1の回転部材との接触によって前記第1の回転部材からの粉塵を吸着する、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、前記第1の回転部材と接触する部分からの距離に従って粒径の小さい粉塵を吸着する、請求項7に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材の前記第1の回転部材と接触する部分において少なくとも1つの溝が設けられる、請求項7又は8に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、前記ハウジングから取外可能である、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑剤で潤滑された前記第1の回転部材の前記構成要素は、前記第1の回転部材及び前記第2の回転部材の接触部分を前記潤滑剤で潤滑させる、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記構成要素は、前記第1の回転部材の回転方向に沿って設けられた複数の軸受であり、前記潤滑部材は、弾性力に基づいて、前記複数の軸受のうちの前記第2の回転部材に接触していない軸受に予圧を与えて接触することによって、前記接触していない軸受を前記潤滑剤で潤滑させる、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記潤滑部材は、2方向からの弾性力に基づいて、前記接触していない軸受に予圧を与えて接触することによって、前記接触していない軸受を前記潤滑剤で潤滑させる、請求項12に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記複数の軸受を除く前記第1の回転部材の部分は、前記潤滑部材に接触しない、請求項12又は13に記載の伝達機構。
- 前記軸受は、カムフォロア、ローラフォロア、又はボールであって、前記第2の回転部材は、前記軸受に係合する形状を有する、請求項12~14の何れか一項に記載の伝達機構。
