Description
本実施形態によれば、シール部材5の配置時の流動性が生かされた結果、導電部22と被覆部23との隙間(以下「第1内部隙間」という)はシール部材5により埋められる。したがって、第1内部隙間を介した基板9へのフルード漏れは抑制される。また、シール部材5が貫通孔31を塞ぐように配置されているため、貫通孔31内における被覆部23の外周側の隙間(以下「外部隙間」という)もシール部材5により埋められる。つまり、本実施形態によれば、シール部材5により第1内部隙間及び外部隙間が埋められ、基板9に対するシール性は向上する。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限られない。例えば、調圧装置6は、ポンプに限らず、電気モータ2で駆動する電動シリンダであってもよい。また、電気モータ2は例えばブラシモータであってもよく、配線ユニット20には電力線221のみが含まれてもよい。また、被覆部23は1つ(一体)であってもよい。また、フランジ部42はなくてもよい。また、端子挿通孔40の軸方向一端部は、軸方向一方に向かうほど通路断面積が大きくなるようにテーパ状に形成されていてもよい。これにより、モータ端子22aの端子挿通孔40への挿通作業は容易となる。また、シール部材5とキャップ4とは当接していなくてもよい。また、本体部41の圧入代の形成は、突起41aでなくてもよい。
Claims (3)
- モータ本体部、基板のキャビティと前記モータ本体部とを接続する導電部、及び前記導電部の一部を被覆する被覆部を有する電気モータと、
前記被覆部を収容する貫通孔が形成されたハウジングと、
前記被覆部から露出した前記導電部の先端部分であって前記キャビティのメス端子に接続されるモータ端子が挿通された端子挿通孔を有し、前記貫通孔に嵌合されたキャップと、
前記貫通孔を塞ぐように、前記キャップと前記被覆部との間に配置された液状シール剤の硬化物であるシール部材と、
を備える、液圧制御装置。 - 前記導電部は、前記モータ本体部に電力を供給する複数の電力線と、前記モータ本体部の回転角信号を伝達するための複数の信号線と、を含み、
前記被覆部は、前記電力線を被覆する第1被覆部と、前記第1被覆部とは別体で前記信号線を被覆する第2被覆部と、を含み、
前記電力線の前記モータ端子及び前記信号線の前記モータ端子は、それぞれ個別の前記端子挿通孔に挿通されている、請求項1に記載の液圧制御装置。 - 前記キャップは、前記端子挿通孔が形成された本体部と、前記本体部の外周面から突出したフランジ部と、を有し、
前記本体部のうち前記フランジ部よりも前記被覆部側の部分は、前記ハウジングを押圧した状態で前記貫通孔内に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の液圧制御装置。
