Description

膜の入液圧力(LEP)は、DIN EN 20811に従って直径60mmの圧力セルを用いて、4.0bar(40,000mmの水柱)までの超純水(無塩水、Millipore UFシステムでろ過したもの)を用いて測定した。入液圧力LEPは、液体水が膜を透過し始める圧力として定義される。LEPが高いと、膜は高い水柱(液体)に耐え得る。
弾性率と破断伸びの引張試験は、DIN 53455/ISO 527に従って実施した。
個々の成分は、表2の通り使用した。ポリオールおよび連鎖延長剤を、最初に容器に80℃で充填し、2kgのバッチサイズで上述の処方に従って成分と激しく攪拌しながら混合した。反応混合物を110℃以上に加熱し、次いで約110℃に加熱されたテフロンコーティングされたテーブル上に流し出した。得られた鋳造スラブを80℃で15時間熱処理した。このようにして製造された材料を粉砕機で粉砕して注入可能なペレットにし、再び乾燥させ、さらなる使用にアルミニウムコーティングされたPE袋に充填した。
押出成形は、二軸押出機で行い、押出物の直径は約2mmであった。
マグネティックスターラーを備えた3口フラスコに、N-メチルピロリドン1を71ml、第2添加剤としてのグリセロール10g、および3.に基づくTPUポリマー19gを、TPU1、2および3および比較例1の各場合で混合した。混合物を、均質で透明な粘性のある溶液になるまで、穏やかな攪拌を行いながら60℃に加熱した。溶液を室温で一晩脱気した。クリアで透明なポリマー溶液が得られた。
セクション4による膜の細孔径分布は、DIN 66133に従ってHgポロシメトリーを使用して、実施例1について決定した。結果を表4にまとめる。
セクション4.の膜も同様に走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)を用いて調べた。膜の両方の表面(底面と上面)と断面積を調べた。測定では、膜は、最上層(スキン)に小さな孔を有し、膜の底部に向かって大きな孔を有する気孔サイズ勾配を有していることが示された。
Claims (8)
- DIN 53504に従って測定された150%より大きい破断伸びを有するエラストマーを含む弾性膜であって、
前記エラストマーは熱可塑性エラストマー(P1)を含み、
前記熱可塑性エラストマー(P1)は、以下の成分:
-11重量%から79重量%の、少なくとも1つのジオール(D1)と少なくとも1つのイソシアネート(I1)の混合物と、
-21重量%から89重量%の、少なくとも2つのイソシアネート反応性基を有し、且つポリオールである、少なくとも1つの化合物(C1)と、
に基づくポリウレタンエラストマーを含み、
DIN 66133に従ってHgポロシメトリーによって決定された2000nm未満の平均細孔径を有する細孔を有し、及び
膜の平均厚は200μm未満であり、
弾性膜内の細孔径分布は、膜の第1の表面の孔の孔径と第2の表面の孔の孔径との比が、1:100から1:500の範囲である勾配を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのジオール(D1)は、アルキレン部位に2から10個の炭素原子を有するアルカンジオールから成る群から選ばれ、及び
前記少なくとも1つの化合物(C1)は、ポリエーテルジオール、ポリエステルジオール及びそれらの2つ以上の混合物から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする、弾性膜。 - DIN 53122に従った38°C、相対湿度90%における相対水蒸気透過率(WVPrel)は50[g*mm/m2*d]より大きく、および、DIN 53122に従った38°C、相対湿度90%における絶対水蒸気透過率(WVPabs)は1000[g/m2*d]より大きい、請求項1に記載の弾性膜。
- DIN EN 20811に従って決定された水密性(LEP)が、2バールより大きい、請求項1または2に記載の弾性膜。
- 前記少なくとも1つのジオール(D1)は、エタンジオール、ブタンジオールおよびヘキサンジオールからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の弾性膜。
- 前記少なくとも1つのイソシアネート(I1)は、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)およびジシクロヘキシルメタン4,4’-ジイソシアネート(H12MDI)からなる群から選択されたポリイソシアネートである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性膜。
- 前記少なくとも2つのイソシアネート反応性基を有する少なくとも1つの化合物(C1)は、ポリテトラヒドロフラン(pTHF)である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の弾性膜。
- 生地、およびDIN 53504に従って測定された150%より大きい全体的な破断伸びを有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの積層弾性膜を含む弾性生地。
- 布地のコーティングのための請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の弾性膜の使用。
