Description

前記複数のバルーンは、前記拡張部材を囲繞してその外周に分布されている。

前記複数のバルーンは、前記少なくとも一つの拡張部材が完全に膨張したときに石灰化した心臓弁又は血管壁に接触しないように、前記少なくとも一つの拡張部材を囲繞してその外周に分布されていることを特徴とする心臓弁又は血管の石灰化を治療するための衝撃波装置。 - 前記ガイドヘッド端が前記衝撃波装置における遠位端に設けられ、前記複数のバルーンの遠位端がいずれも前記ガイドヘッド端に接続される、請求項1に記載の衝撃波装置。
- 前記拡張部材は、直径が6-12mmである、請求項1に記載の衝撃波装置。
- 前記衝撃波装置が、前記第1バルーンの前記第1バルーン本体の内部に設置され、前記第1バルーン本体の長手方向の全体に延伸する少なくとも一つの芯線をさらに備え、
前記衝撃波ランチャーの前記電極プローブは、前記芯線に固定される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃波装置。 - 前記電極プローブは、導電体で構成された内部電極及び外部電極を含み、
前記内部電極及び前記外部電極は、同軸で設置され互いに絶縁される、請求項4に記載の衝撃波装置。 - 前記内部電極と前記外部電極は、前記芯線と同軸になるように前記芯線の外周に設置される、請求項5に記載の衝撃波装置。
- 前記電極プローブ、前記バルーンの端部及び前記芯線の少なくとも一つに設置される現像部材を含む少なくとも一つの現像装置をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の衝撃波装置。
- 前記芯線の毎に、前記現像部材が設置されており、
異なる前記芯線に設置されている現像部材はそれぞれ、異なる位置、形状、長さ又は数を有する、請求項7に記載の衝撃波装置。 - 複数の導線をさらに備え、
前記複数の導線の毎に、前記衝撃波ランチャーに電圧/電流パルスを輸送するために一つ以上の前記電極ケーブルにそれぞれ接続される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃波装置。 - 前記第1貫通孔に接続されることにより前記第1液体を伝導システム及び前記第1バルーン内で流通させる前記伝導システムをさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃波装置。
- 前記伝導システムの内部に位置する複数の通路をさらに備え、
前記複数の通路のうちの第1通路が、前記第1貫通孔とそれぞれ連通される、請求項10に記載の衝撃波装置。 - 前記複数の通路のうちの第2通路が、前記拡張部材の前記第2貫通孔と連通される、請求項11に記載の衝撃波装置。
- 前記バルーンに向かって開く傘状の構造を有する保護傘をさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃波装置。
