Description
本発明の他の態様は、本体に取り付けられる第1部材と、扉に取り付けられ、鉛直方向を向く軸を中心に前記第1部材に対して回転可能な第2部材と、ばねを有し、閉じ位置の近傍にある前記扉に閉じ方向の回転力を与えるキャッチ機構と、リニアダンパを有し、前記扉が閉じる際に前記扉の回転を制動するダンパ機構と、を備え、前記キャッチ機構と前記ダンパ機構が前記第1部材に配置され、前記第1部材と前記第2部材が折れ曲がった状態から展開状態に変化する際、前記キャッチ機構が、前記展開状態の近傍にある前記第1部材と前記第2部材が展開するように回転力を発生させ、前記第2部材は、前記軸が挿入される筒部を有し、前記キャッチ機構のスライダが前記ばねによって前記筒部の外面に付勢され、前記第1部材を前記本体の外面に取り付け、前記第2部材を前記扉の小口に取り付け、前記扉の閉じ位置近傍でキャッチ力を働かせる1軸ヒンジである。
本発明の他の態様によれば、キャッチ機構とダンパ機構を第1部材に配置するので、扉の小口に第2部材を取り付けることができる。また、1軸ヒンジを本体の外面に取り付けた場合でも、閉じ位置近傍で扉にキャッチ力を働かせることができる。

Claims (4)
- 本体に取り付けられる第1部材と、
扉に取り付けられ、鉛直方向を向く軸を中心に前記第1部材に対して回転可能な第2部材と、
ばねを有し、閉じ位置の近傍にある前記扉に閉じ方向の回転力を与えるキャッチ機構と、
リニアダンパを有し、前記扉が閉じる際に前記扉の回転を制動するダンパ機構と、を備え、
前記キャッチ機構と前記ダンパ機構が前記第1部材又は前記第2部材のいずれか一方に配置され、
前記第1部材は、樹脂製の本体部と、前記本体部と一緒に前記キャッチ機構及び前記ダンパ機構の収容スペースを形成する金属製の補強部と、を備え、
前記補強部には、前記ばねから作用する力と前記リニアダンパから作用する力を受ける曲げ片が形成される1軸ヒンジ。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材が折れ曲がった状態から展開状態に変化する際、前記キャッチ機構が、前記展開状態の近傍にある前記第1部材と前記第2部材が展開するように回転力を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の1軸ヒンジ。
- 本体に取り付けられる第1部材と、
扉に取り付けられ、鉛直方向を向く軸を中心に前記第1部材に対して回転可能な第2部材と、
ばねを有し、閉じ位置の近傍にある前記扉に閉じ方向の回転力を与えるキャッチ機構と、
リニアダンパを有し、前記扉が閉じる際に前記扉の回転を制動するダンパ機構と、を備え、
前記キャッチ機構と前記ダンパ機構が前記第1部材に配置され、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材が折れ曲がった状態から展開状態に変化する際、前記キャッチ機構が、前記展開状態の近傍にある前記第1部材と前記第2部材が展開するように回転力を発生させ、
前記第2部材は、前記軸が挿入される筒部を有し、
前記キャッチ機構のスライダが前記ばねによって前記筒部の外面に付勢され、
前記第1部材を前記本体の外面に取り付け、前記第2部材を前記扉の小口に取り付け、前記扉の閉じ位置近傍でキャッチ力を働かせる1軸ヒンジ。 - 前記第2部材は、前記軸が挿入され、外面に前記ダンパ機構のスライダを作動させる突起が形成される筒部を有し、
前記ダンパ機構の前記スライダには、前記筒部の外面の円筒部と相補的な曲面状凹部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の1軸ヒンジ。
