Description
本出願は、2020年05月29日に提出された、出願番号が202020958350.Xである中国出願に基づいて優先権を主張し、その内容のすべては本明細書に参照として取り込まれる。
図1~図8に示すように、集光装置は、少なくとも1つの入光部1と、通光部2と、出光部3とを備え、前記通光部2に50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造41が形成され、前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造41が前記通光部2の表面から突出するとともに傾斜面411を有する。前記傾斜面411が平面であり、前記傾斜面411とそれが位置する前記通光部2の表面とがなした夾角は、αであり、ただし、0°<α≦10°を満たす。前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造41の出光面412は、前記出光部3と同一平面にある。
図9~図10に示すように、集光装置は、少なくとも1つの入光部1と、通光部2と、出光部3とを備え、前記通光部2に50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造41が形成され、前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造41が前記通光部2の表面から突出するとともに傾斜面411を有する。前記傾斜面411が滑らかな曲面であり、傾斜面411とそれが位置する前記通光部2の表面とがなした夾角は、αであり、ただし、0°<α≦30°を満たす。前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造41の出光面412は、前記出光部3の後方に位置する。
また、本発明の各種の異なる実施形態も任意に組み合わせることができ、本発明の思想から逸出しない限り、これらの組合せも本発明に開示された内容とみなすべきである。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの入光部(1)と、通光部(2)と、出光部(3)とを備え、
前記通光部(2)に50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造(41)が形成され、前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造(41)が前記通光部(2)の表面から突出するとともに傾斜面(411)を有し、
前記傾斜面(411)と前記通光部(2)の表面との間の距離は、前記入光部(1)に近接した側から前記出光部(3)側へ漸次増大し、
前記出光部(3)のエッジがカットオフライン形成構造(31)として形成され、前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造(41)の出光面(412)のエッジラインと前記カットオフライン形成構造(31)のエッジラインとが重なっている
ことを特徴とする集光装置。 - 前記傾斜面(411)は、平面または滑らかな曲面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集光装置。
- 前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造(41)の出光面(412)は、前記出光部(3)と同一平面にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集光装置。
- 前記出光部(3)のエッジがカットオフライン形成構造(31)として形成され、前記50L暗領域配光パターン形成構造(41)が、前記カットオフライン形成構造(31)の前記入光部(1)に近接した側に設置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集光装置。 - 前記傾斜面(411)とそれが位置する前記通光部(2)の表面とがなした夾角は、αであり、ただし、0°<α≦30°を満たす
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の集光装置。 - 0°<α≦10°を満たすことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の集光装置。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の集光装置を備えることを特徴とするハイロービーム一体型車両用ランプモジュール。
