Claims (9)
- 車両前後方向および車両幅方向に並べられた複数のバッテリモジュールからなるバッテリモジュール群と、
前記バッテリモジュール群の後方に配置された送風ファンと、
前記バッテリモジュール群の外周に沿って配置され、前記送風ファンから送られる空気を前記バッテリモジュール群に送る送風ダクトと、
前記バッテリモジュール群、前記送風ファンおよび前記送風ダクトを収納するバッテリケースと、を備えるバッテリパックであって、
前記送風ダクトは、
前記バッテリモジュール群の後部に沿って延びる上流ダクト部材と、
前記上流ダクト部材の下流端に接続され、前記車両幅方向の外側に向かって延びた後に車両前方に向かって屈曲する屈曲部を有し、前記屈曲部の下流側が前記バッテリモジュール群と前記バッテリケースとの隙間に沿って延びる中間ダクト部材と、
前記中間ダクト部材の下流端に接続され、前記バッテリモジュール群の側方を通るように配置され、前記バッテリモジュール群と前記バッテリケースとの隙間に沿って延びる下流ダクト部材と、を有し、
前記下流ダクト部材の後端部は、前記バッテリモジュール群の後端部よりも後方に延出する延出部を有し、
前記上流ダクト部材は、その下流端部に形成された第1接続口を有し、
前記下流ダクト部材は、前記延出部に形成された第2接続口を有し、
前記中間ダクト部材は、その上流端部に形成された第3接続口と、その下流端部に形成された第4接続口とを有し、
前記第1接続口と前記第2接続口とが、互いに平行に、かつ、前記車両幅方向の一方側を向いて開口し、
前記第3接続口と前記第4接続口とが、互いに平行に、かつ、前記車両幅方向の他方側を向いて開口し、
前記中間ダクト部材は、前記第3接続口が前記第1接続口に接続され、前記第4接続口が前記第2接続口に接続されるように、前記上流ダクト部材および前記下流ダクト部材にそれぞれ組み付けられていることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記第4接続口の開口面積は、前記第3接続口の開口面積よりも大きく設定され、
前記第4接続口の開口形状は、前記車両前後方向の長さ寸法が車両上下方向の長さ寸法よりも大きくなるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリモジュール群の後方で、前記バッテリパックの高さ方向で前記バッテリモジュールの上面よりも高い位置に配置されたトレイ部材と、
前記トレイ部材と前記バッテリケースの縁部とに連結され、前記トレイ部材を支持するステイ部材と、を備え
前記中間ダクト部材は、
前記トレイ部材の上面に載置され、前記上流ダクト部材の下流端から前記屈曲部まで延びる上流側中間ダクト部と、
前記屈曲部から前記バッテリモジュール群の側方まで延びる下流側中間ダクト部と、とから構成され、
前記下流側中間ダクト部は、
前記トレイ部材の上方から前記ステイ部材の側方を通過して前記下流ダクト部材の上流端の側方まで斜め下方に延びる傾斜部と、
前記傾斜部の下端部から前記下流ダクト部材の前記延出部に沿って車両前方に延びる水平部と、を有し、
前記水平部に前記第4接続口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記中間ダクト部材は、平面視で、前記屈曲部から前記第4接続口に向かって直線状に延びており、
前記上流側中間ダクト部の前記車両前後方向に沿う断面の寸法より、前記下流側中間ダクト部の前記車両幅方向に沿う断面の寸法が小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリケースは、車体に連結される取付部を有し、
前記第4接続口は、車両側面視で前記取付部と重なる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記下流側中間ダクト部は、前記ステイ部材の前記車両幅方向の外側を通って前記車両前方に延び、かつ、車両側面視で前記ステイ部材と重なる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリケースは、車両後方側に、前記車両幅方向の幅が車両前方側よりも大きい拡幅部を有し、
前記ステイ部材は、前記バッテリケースにおける前記拡幅部の縁に設けられ、
前記屈曲部は、車両側面視で前記ステイ部材と重なるように前記拡幅部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記屈曲部は、前記車両幅方向の外側に向かって延びた後に車両上下方向で下方に向かうように屈曲しており、
前記車両幅方向に沿う断面で切断した断面において、前記屈曲部の内周部の曲率半径が、前記屈曲部の外周部の曲率半径よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記送風ダクトは、
前記下流ダクト部材の下端に接続され、前記バッテリモジュール群の内部を前記車両幅方向に延びる内部ダクト部材を有し、
前記内部ダクト部材は、前記車両前後方向に対向する2つの前記バッテリモジュールの間に挟まれる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリパック。
