前記サンギアは、軸方向の少なくとも一部が前記キャリアに対し径方向内側に位置するよう設けられ、
前記第1リングギアおよび前記第2リングギアは、軸方向の少なくとも一部が前記キャリアに対し径方向外側に位置するよう設けられており、
前記回転部は、一方の面に形成された複数の駆動カム溝(400)を有する駆動カム(40)であり、
前記並進部は、一方の面に形成された複数の従動カム溝(500)を有する従動カム(50)であり、
前記回転並進部は、前記駆動カム、前記従動カム、および、前記駆動カム溝と前記従動カム溝との間で転動可能に設けられた転動体(3)を有する転動体カム(2)であるクラッチ装置。 - 前記転動体は、前記第1リングギアおよび前記第2リングギアの径方向内側に設けられている請求項1に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 軸方向の少なくとも一部が前記キャリアに対し径方向内側または径方向外側に位置するよう、前記サンギア、前記第1リングギアまたは前記第2リングギアの少なくとも1つに設けられ、外周壁または内周壁が前記キャリアの内周壁または外周壁と摺動しつつ前記キャリアに対し相対回転可能な筒状または環状のガイド部(171、172、173)をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 軸方向の少なくとも一部が前記キャリアに対し径方向内側または径方向外側に位置するよう、前記サンギア、前記第1リングギアまたは前記第2リングギアの少なくとも1つに設けられ、前記キャリアに対し相対回転可能な筒状または環状のガイド部(171、172、173)と、
前記キャリアの内周壁または外周壁と前記ガイド部との間に設けられた筒状の軸受本体(191)を有するすべり軸受部(190)と、
をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ装置。 - 前記すべり軸受部は、前記キャリアの軸方向の一方または他方の面に接触可能なよう前記軸受本体の軸方向の一方または他方の端部から径方向に延びる環状の軸受延伸部(192)をさらに有する請求項4に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記ガイド部の外径または内径は、前記サンギア、前記第1リングギアまたは前記第2リングギアのそれぞれの歯先が前記プラネタリギアの歯底に接触せず、前記プラネタリギアの歯先が前記サンギア、前記第1リングギアまたは前記第2リングギアのそれぞれの歯底に接触しない程度の大きさに設定されている請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記サンギア、前記プラネタリギア、前記第1リングギアおよび前記第2リングギアは、歯部にクラウニング加工が施されている請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記キャリアの軸方向の一方の面に対し軸方向の一方側に位置するよう設けられ、前記ハウジングに対する前記キャリアの軸方向の相対移動を規制可能な第1規制部(181)と、
前記キャリアの軸方向の他方の面に対し軸方向の他方側に位置するよう設けられ、前記ハウジングに対する前記キャリアの軸方向の相対移動を規制可能な第2規制部(182)と、
をさらに備える請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチ装置。
