Description
上記内層は、塩化ビニル系樹脂を含む。上記中間層は、塩化ビニル系樹脂を含む。上記外層は、塩化ビニル系樹脂を含む。上記内層に含まれる塩化ビニル系樹脂と、上記中間層に含まれる塩化ビニル系樹脂と、上記外層に含まれる塩化ビニル系樹脂とはそれぞれ、同一であってもよく、異なっていてもよい。
上記内層は、無機充填剤を含む。上記外層は、無機充填剤を含む。上記内層に含まれる無機充填剤と、上記外層に含まれる無機充填剤とはそれぞれ、同一であってもよく、異なっていてもよい。上記無機充填剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
上記中間層は、熱膨張性黒鉛を含む。上記熱膨張性黒鉛として、従来公知の熱膨張性黒鉛を使用可能である。上記熱膨張性黒鉛は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
上記内層、上記中間層及び上記外層はそれぞれ、必要に応じて、各種の添加剤を含んでいてもよい。上記添加剤としては、安定剤、安定化助剤、滑剤、加工助剤、衝撃改質剤、耐熱向上剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、帯電防止剤、光安定剤、有機充填剤、顔料、難燃剤及び可塑剤等が挙げられる。上記添加剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。

内層の材料及び外層の材料:
内容積200リットルのスーパーミキサー(カワタ社製)で、下記の成分を撹拌混合し、内層の材料及び外層の材料を得た。
ALC(住友金属鉱山シポレックス社製「シポレックス外壁パネルWH」、組成:SiO2:50重量%、CaO:30重量%、Al2O3:3.0重量%、その他の無機充填剤:17重量%)15重量部
鉛系安定剤(堺化学工業社製「SL-1000」)2重量部
ポリエチレン系滑剤(三井化学社製「ハイワックス4202E」)0.5重量部
内容積200リットルのスーパーミキサー(カワタ社製)で、下記の成分を撹拌混合し、中間層の材料を得た。
熱膨張性黒鉛(東ソー社製「GREP-EG」、1.3倍膨張温度210℃)10重量部
鉛系安定剤(堺化学工業社製「SL-1000」)2重量部
ポリエチレン系滑剤(三井化学社製「ハイワックス4202E」)0.5重量部
得られた内層の材料、外層の材料及び中間層の材料を用いて、押出成形機によって共押出成形して、多層管を作製した。多層管の成形時の樹脂温度は190℃とした。また、多層管のサイズは、JIS K6741に準拠して、長さ1200mm、外径216mm、厚さ10.3mm、呼び径200Aとした。また、多層管の中間層の厚みは8.24mmとし、内層の厚みは1.03mmとし、外層の厚みは1.03mmとした。
内層及び外層に含まれる無機充填剤の配合量、及び、中間層に含まれる熱膨張性黒鉛の配合量を表1,3のように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして多層管を得た。比較例1では、内層及び外層に無機充填剤を配合しなかった。なお、比較例3では、成形することができず、多層管を得ることができなかった。
内層の材料及び外層の材料:
内容積200リットルのスーパーミキサー(カワタ社製)で、下記の成分を撹拌混合し、内層の材料及び外層の材料を得た。
下記のSiO2とCaOとAl2O3との混合物である無機充填剤25重量部

図5は、耐火試験に用いられる耐火試験炉の概略図である。

得られた多層管又は単層管から、任意の位置でダンベル試験片を切り出した。得られたダンベル試験片について、JIS K6815に準拠して23℃で引張試験を行った。なお、樹脂管としての実用的な性能を満たしているか否かを以下の基準で判定した。
○○:23℃での引張強度が47MPa以上
○:23℃での引張強度が45MPa以上47MPa未満
△:23℃での引張強度が41MPa以上45MPa未満
×:23℃での引張強度が41MPa未満
得られた多層管又は単層管から、任意の位置で長さ20cmの試験片を10個切り出した。得られた10個の試験片のそれぞれについて、JIS K6741に準拠して耐衝撃性試験(評価温度0℃、円錐形重錘9kg、落下高さ225cm)を行った。なお、樹脂管としての実用的な性能を満たしているか否かを以下の基準で判定した。

Claims (2)
- 内層と、前記内層の外側に配置された外層と、前記内層と前記外層との間に配置された中間層とを備え、
前記内層及び前記外層がそれぞれ、塩化ビニル系樹脂と、無機充填剤とを含み、
前記中間層が、塩化ビニル系樹脂と、熱膨張性黒鉛とを含み、
前記内層に含まれる前記塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部に対して、前記内層に含まれる前記無機充填剤の含有量が15重量部以上40重量部以下であり、
前記外層に含まれる前記塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部に対して、前記外層に含まれる前記無機充填剤の含有量が15重量部以上40重量部以下であり、
前記中間層に含まれる前記塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部に対して、前記中間層に含まれる前記熱膨張性黒鉛の含有量が1重量部以上15重量部以下である、多層管。 - 前記内層及び前記外層に含まれる前記無機充填剤がそれぞれ、SiO2を30重量%以上80重量%以下、CaOを10重量%以上60重量%以下、Al2O3を0.1重量%以上10重量%以下で含む、請求項1に記載の多層管。
