Claims (5)
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 55~80%、Al2O3 10~16%、B2O3 0.01~4%、MgO 3.3~5.9%、CaO 0~25%、SrO 0~15%、BaO 0~15%、ZnO 0~5%、Y2O3+La2O3 0~1.0%未満を含有し、[SiO2]+14×[Al2O3]-15×[B2O3]+6×[MgO]+[CaO]+14×[SrO]+16×[BaO]≧356.4モル%の関係を満たし、実質的にアルカリ金属酸化物を含有せず、歪点が750℃以上であることを特徴とする無アルカリガラス板。
- [SiO2]+14×[Al2O3]-15×[B2O3]+6×[MgO]+[CaO]+14×[SrO]+16×[BaO]≧360モル%の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無アルカリガラス板。
- 17.8×[SiO2]+23.1×[Al2O3]+3.7×[B2O3]+12.9×[MgO]+14.1×[CaO]+15.5×[SrO]+15.0×[BaO]+7.2×[ZnO]≧1786モル%の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無アルカリガラス板。
- Rhの含有量が0.1~3質量ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の無アルカリガラス板。
- ヤング率が82GPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の無アルカリガラス板。
