Claims (17)
- 導電性シートを含むサンプリング装置に用いられる信号伝送端子であって、
前記導電性シートと接続するのに用いられ、隆起部を有する第1接続部と、
前記第1接続部に接続され、サンプリング対象と接続するのに用いられる第2接続部と、
前記第1接続部と接続するのに用いられ、折り曲げ後に前記導電性シートを前記第1接続部と前記折り曲げ可能部との間に押し締めするように構成される折り曲げ可能部と、を含み、
前記隆起部は前記折り曲げ可能部の一側に位置し、前記折り曲げ可能部は前記隆起部へ折り曲げ可能であり、前記隆起部とともに前記導電性シートをクランプし、前記第1接続部は2つ以上の支脚を含み、前記折り曲げ可能部は前記支脚に接続され、前記隆起部は前記支脚に設けられる、信号伝送端子。 - 前記隆起部は凹部を有し、前記折り曲げ可能部を折り曲げた後、前記折り曲げ可能部の先端部は前記凹部に対応して設けられる、請求項1に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 少なくとも一部の前記先端部は前記凹部内に位置し、及び/又は、前記隆起部の先端面及び前記凹部の底面はいずれも弧状面である、請求項2に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記隆起部に設けられる前記凹部の数及び位置は2列の前記折り曲げ可能部の総数及び位置に1対1で対応して設けられる、請求項2又は3に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記折り曲げ可能部の根元部の幅は前記折り曲げ可能部の先端部の幅よりも大きく、前記折り曲げ可能部の前記先端部は弧状である、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 2列の前記折り曲げ可能部は前記第1接続部に間隔をおいて設けられ、1列の前記折り曲げ可能部ともう1列の前記折り曲げ可能部はずれて設けられ、前記隆起部は2列の前記折り曲げ可能部の間に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記第1接続部の幅は前記第2接続部の幅未満である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記第1接続部の弾性変形能力は前記第2接続部の弾性変形能力よりも大きい、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記信号伝送端子は取り付け位置決め部をさらに含み、前記取り付け位置決め部は前記第1接続部の前記第2接続部から離れた端部に接続され、前記取り付け位置決め部は前記信号伝送端子と前記導電性シートとの接続過程で前記信号伝送端子を事前位置決めするのに用いられる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記取り付け位置決め部はシート状本体、及び前記シート状本体に設けられる位置決め孔を有する、請求項9に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 前記第1接続部、前記第2接続部及び前記折り曲げ可能部は一体成形構造である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子。
- 電池モジュールに用いられるサンプリング装置であって、
電気接続領域を有する導電性シートと、
請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の信号伝送端子と、を含み、
前記折り曲げ可能部は前記電気接続領域を貫通し、前記折り曲げ可能部は折り曲げられて前記第1接続部とともに前記導電性シートを押し締めすることで、前記導電性シートと前記信号伝送端子とを接続する、サンプリング装置。 - 前記サンプリング装置は上絶縁膜及び下絶縁膜をさらに含み、前記上絶縁膜と前記下絶縁膜はそれぞれ前記導電性シートの対向する両側に設けられ、前記電気接続領域は前記下絶縁膜及び/又は前記上絶縁膜によって被覆されていない、請求項12に記載のサンプリング装置。
- 前記導電性シートに貫通孔が設けられ、前記折り曲げ可能部は前記貫通孔を貫通する、請求項12又は13に記載のサンプリング装置。
- 前記導電性シートは多層構造であり、及び/又は、前記導電性シートの材料は銅又は銅合金であり得る、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリング装置。
- 電池モジュールであって、
2つ以上の二次電池と、
請求項12~15のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリング装置と、を含み、
前記信号伝送端子の前記第2接続部は前記二次電池に接続されて前記二次電池の電圧又は温度信号を収集する、電池モジュール。 - 電池モジュールを電源として使用する装置であって、
前記装置に電力を供給するのに用いられる請求項16に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池モジュールを電源として使用する装置。
