Description
Claims (9)
- らせん構造又はコイル、特に電気機械に使用されるらせん構造を製造するためのローラ成形方法であって、
第1のローラと、当該第1のローラに対向して回転する第2のローラとの間に材料を供給するステップを含み、
前記ローラは連続的に又は可変の速度で回転し、
前記第1のローラは第1の歯を有し、前記第2のローラは第2の歯を有し、前記第1の歯及び/又は第2の歯は、供給された前記材料を受けるキャビティを備えた歯面を有し、
供給された前記材料が前記歯の間において前記らせん構造又は前記コイルの一部に成形されるように、前記ローラが回転しているとき、少なくとも1つの歯の前記キャビティが他のローラの歯の表面によって少なくとも一時的に境界付けられるように、前記歯が設計され、配列されている、ことを特徴とするローラ成形方法。 - 供給する前記材料は、液体、チキソトロピー状態又は固体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料が液体状態で供給されない場合、前記材料は、円形、長方形又は同様の断面を有する平坦な材料であり、かつ/又は曲折した構造を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、金属であるか、プラスチックからなるか、あるいは金属とプラスチックの組み合わせからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金属の材料は、鉄、アルミニウム、銅又はこれらの合金を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記材料を前記ローラに供給する前に、前記ローラと供給装置の間に電流/電圧を印加すること又は誘導加熱により前記材料を加熱する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- らせん構造又はコイル、特に電気機械に使用されるらせん構造を製造するためのローラ成形装置であって、
第1のローラ及び当該第1のローラに対向して回転する第2のローラを少なくとも備え、
前記第1のローラは第1の歯を有し、前記第2のローラは第2の歯を有し、
前記第1の歯及び/又は前記第2の歯は、供給された材料を受けるキャビティを備えた歯面を有し、
供給された前記材料を前記らせん構造又は前記コイルの一部に成形するため、前記ローラが回転しているときに、少なくとも1つの歯の前記キャビティが他のローラの歯の表面によって少なくとも一時的に境界付けられるように、前記歯が設計され、配列されている、ことを特徴とするローラ成形装置。 - 前記歯は、任意選択的に、直線歯及び傾斜歯、特に一連の「直線歯/傾斜歯/直線歯」を部分的に有する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のローラ成形装置。
- 特に前記ローラに対して平坦な材料を傾斜及び回転させるために、前記ローラに供給された前記材料を整列させる供給装置を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のローラ成形装置。
