Description
図1および図2を参照して、第1実施形態の駆動装置について説明する。
第2実施形態では、第1実施形態の第1オイルシール31に代えて、第1シール部がメカニカルシールにより構成されている。なお、第1実施形態と同様の構成については説明を省略し、その参照符号を引用する。
第3実施形態では、第2実施形態とは、メカニカルシール33の設置位置が異なる。なお、第3実施形態の説明では、第2実施形態と同様の構成については説明を省略し、その参照符号を引用する。
第4実施形態では、第3実施形態の第2オイルシール32に代えて、第2シール部がラビリンス構造により構成されている。なお、第4実施形態の説明では、第3実施形態と同様の構成については説明を省略し、その参照符号を引用する。
第5実施形態では、第1実施形態とは異なり、第1シール部および第2シール部がメカニカルシールにより構成されている。なお、第5実施形態の説明では、第1実施形態と同様の構成については説明を省略し、その参照符号を引用する。

Claims (2)
- 電動機と、
前記電動機のロータと一体回転する回転軸と、
前記回転軸に連結されたギヤ機構と、
前記電動機を収容するモータ室と前記ギヤ機構を収容するギヤ室とが隣接して設けられたケースと、
前記回転軸が挿通される貫通孔を有し、前記ケースの内部で前記モータ室と前記ギヤ室とを仕切る隔壁と、
前記隔壁に取り付けられ、前記貫通孔に挿通された状態の前記回転軸を回転自在に支持する軸受と、
前記軸受と前記回転軸の軸方向に並んで配置され、前記回転軸と前記隔壁との間をシールするシール部と、
前記ギヤ室の内部で前記ギヤ機構を潤滑する潤滑油と、
前記潤滑油とは異なる種類の液体であり、前記モータ室の内部で前記電動機を冷却する冷却液と、
を備えた駆動装置のシール構造であって、
前記隔壁は、一方の壁面が前記モータ室の内面を形成し、他方の壁面が前記ギヤ室の内面を形成する一枚の壁部であり、
前記貫通孔は、前記軸受の外径よりも小径に形成され、
前記回転軸と前記貫通孔との間には、隙間が形成され、
前記軸受は、
前記貫通孔よりも前記モータ室側に設けられた第1軸受と、
前記貫通孔よりも前記ギヤ室側に設けられた第2軸受と、を含み、
前記シール部は、
第1シール部と、
前記第1シール部よりも前記ギヤ室側に設けられた第2シール部と、を含み、
前記第1シール部と前記第2シール部とのうち少なくとも前記第2シール部は、前記第1軸受と前記第2軸受との間に設けられ、
前記第1シール部は、前記第1軸受よりも前記モータ室側に配置されたメカニカルシールであり、
前記メカニカルシールは、
前記回転軸に設けられた回転環と、
前記回転環に接触し、前記隔壁に固定された固定環と、を有する
ことを特徴とする駆動装置のシール構造。 - 前記第2シール部は、ラビリンス構造により構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置のシール構造。
