前記水冷組立体がモータウォータージャケット及び熱交換器を含み、前記モータウォータージャケットが前記モータハウジングと一体的に鋳造成形され、前記モータウォータージャケットに第1水入口及び第1水出口が設けられ、前記熱交換器が前記減速機ハウジングの下端に設けられ、前記熱交換器に第2水入口及び第2水出口が設けられており、
前記油冷組立体が、油送り装置、油送り通路及び返油通路を含み、前記油送り装置が減速機ハウジングの底部に設けられ、前記油送り通路が前記モータハウジングの内部及び前記減速機ハウジングの内部に連通され、前記返油通路がモータハウジングの底部に設けられている。
図1、図2及び図3に示すように、本発明の実施例1に、油水二重冷却の電気駆動アセンブリが開示されている。前記油水二重冷却の電気駆動アセンブリは、モータ組立体、減速機組立体、水冷組立体、及び油冷組立体を含み、モータ組立体がモータハウジング、モータ軸、及びステータ14を含み、ステータ14に巻線が設けられており、減速機組立体が減速機ハウジング1を含み、減速機ハウジング1がモータハウジングの後端に設けられている。減速機ハウジング1及びモータハウジングの接続構造については、図1及び図3を参照可能である。
本発明の実施例には、更に、上記のいずれか1項に記載の油水二重冷却の電気駆動アセンブリを含む新エネルギー自動車が開示されている。
Claims (10)
- 油水二重冷却の電気駆動アセンブリであって、
前記電気駆動アセンブリは、モータ組立体、減速機組立体、水冷組立体、及び油冷組立体を含み、前記モータ組立体が、モータハウジング、モータ軸、ステータを含み、前記減速機組立体が減速機ハウジングを含み、前記減速機ハウジングがモータハウジングの後端に接続されており、
前記水冷組立体がモータウォータージャケット及び熱交換器を含み、前記モータウォータージャケットが前記モータハウジングと一体的に鋳造成形され、前記モータウォータージャケットに第1水入口及び第1水出口が設けられ、前記熱交換器が前記減速機ハウジングの下端に設けられ、前記熱交換器に第2水入口及び第2水出口が設けられており、
前記油冷組立体が、油送り装置、油送り通路及び返油通路を含み、前記油送り装置が減速機ハウジングの底部に設けられ、前記油送り通路が前記モータハウジングの内部及び前記減速機ハウジングの内部に連通され、前記返油通路がモータハウジングの底部に設けられている、ことを特徴とする油水二重冷却の電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記油送り装置が1つ又は複数のギアであり、及び/又は、前記油送り装置が1つ又は複数のノズルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記油送り通路が第1油送り通路を含み、前記第1油送り通路が、第1油溜め、第1油入口、第1油通路及び第1油出口を含み、前記第1油入口が前記モータハウジングの上方にある減速機ハウジングの前端面の上部に設けられ、前記第1油溜めが前記第1油入口の下方に設けられ、前記第1油通路が、油管であるか、若しくは前記モータウォータージャケットと鋳造成形され、前記第1油通路は、前記モータハウジングの上部の前端に第1油出口が開設されており、かつ、前記第1油出口の位置が前記ステータの前部巻線に正対している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記油送り通路が第2油送り通路を含み、前記第2油送り通路が第2油溜め、第2油入口、第2油通路及び第2油出口を含み、前記第2油入口が、前記モータハウジングの上方にある減速機ハウジングの前端面における前記モータハウジングに近い部位に設けられており、前記第2油溜めが前記第2油入口の下方に設けられ、前記第2油通路が、油管であるか、若しくは前記減速機の前端ハウジングと前記モータハウジングの上部との交わる箇所に鋳造成形され、前記第2油出口が前記モータハウジングの上部の後端に設けられており、かつ、前記第2油出口の位置が前記モータステータの後部巻線に正対している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記油送り通路が第3油送り通路を含み、前記第3油送り通路が、モータ軸の後端ベアリングによって形成された油通路である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記油送り通路の油入口、前記減速機ハウジングの底部、前記モータ軸の後端ベアリングの前側のうちのいずれか1つ又は複数の位置に、強磁性体が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記水冷組立体が水管をさらに含み、前記第1水出口と前記第2水入口とが前記水管を介して連通される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記モータウォータージャケットと前記熱交換器との間のハウジング内に、第2水路及び第3水路がさらに鋳造形成されており、前記第2水路が、前記第2水入口と密閉接続されているか、若しくは一体的に成形されており、前記第3水路が、前記第2水出口と密閉接続されているか、若しくは一体的に成形されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記熱交換器が前記減速機ハウジングと一体的に鋳造成形されるか、若しくは前記熱交換器が前記減速機ハウジングの底部に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の油水二重冷却の電気駆動アセンブリを含む、ことを特徴とする新エネルギー自動車。
