Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る電動過給機付き乗物1の走行駆動系統10の通常エンジンモードにおける模式図である。図1に示すように、第1実施形態に係る乗物1は、電動式の過給機SCが搭載されたパラレルハイブリッド車両である。乗物1は、例えば、ライダーが跨って乗る鞍乗車両(例えば、自動二輪車)、不整地走行する四輪のユーティリティビークル等である。
図6は、第2実施形態に係る電動過給機付き乗物101の走行駆動系統の模式図である。なお、第1実施形態と共通する構成については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。図6に示すように、第2実施形態に係る乗物101では、ワンウェイクラッチ16及び切替クラッチ17が、入力軸41の軸線周りに配置される代わりに、モータ駆動軸37の軸線周りに配置されている。

Claims (9)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンの吸気圧を高める過給機と、
モータ駆動軸を有する電動モータと、
入力軸及び出力軸を有する変速機と、
前記変速機を介して前記エンジンの駆動力を推進力発生体に伝達する動力伝達経路と、
前記電動モータから前記入力軸への動力伝達を切断可能な切替クラッチと、を備え、
前記モータ駆動軸は、前記切替クラッチの切断状態において前記過給機を駆動可能に前記過給機に接続され、かつ、前記切替クラッチの接続状態において前記推進力発生体を駆動可能に前記入力軸に接続され、
前記電動モータは、前記モータ駆動軸からの駆動力の動力伝達方向において前記変速機の上流側に配置され、
前記電動モータは、前記入力軸の径方向において前記変速機に隣接して配置され、かつ、前記エンジンは、前記入力軸の径方向において前記変速機に隣接して配置されている、電動過給機付き乗物。 - 前記切替クラッチを動作させるクラッチアクチュエータと、
前記エンジン、前記電動モータ及び前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するコントローラと、を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジン及び前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記エンジン及び前記電動モータを制御し、かつ、前記切替クラッチを切断状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するエンジン過給モードと、
前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記電動モータを制御し、かつ、前記切替クラッチを接続状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御する電動走行モードと、を実行可能に構成されている、請求項1に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンの吸気圧を高める過給機と、
モータ駆動軸を有する電動モータと、
前記エンジンの駆動力を推進力発生体に伝達する動力伝達軸を含む動力伝達経路と、
前記電動モータから前記動力伝達軸への動力伝達を切断可能な切替クラッチと、を備え、
前記モータ駆動軸は、前記切替クラッチの切断状態において前記過給機を駆動可能に前記過給機に接続され、かつ、前記切替クラッチの接続状態において前記推進力発生体を駆動可能に前記動力伝達軸に接続され、
前記切替クラッチの切断状態において、前記電動モータから前記動力伝達軸への動力伝達を切断し、前記動力伝達軸から前記電動モータへの動力伝達を許容するワンウェイクラッチを更に備える、電動過給機付き乗物。 - 前記切替クラッチは、前記動力伝達経路における前記ワンウェイクラッチの一方側及び他方側の間の動力伝達を切断及び接続可能なように、前記ワンウェイクラッチをバイパスして前記動力伝達経路に設けられている、請求項3に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。
- 前記ワンウェイクラッチは、前記モータ駆動軸の軸線周りに配置されている、請求項3又は4に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。
- 前記ワンウェイクラッチは、前記一方側に位置する内輪と、前記他方側に位置する外輪と、を有し、
前記内輪は、前記動力伝達軸又は前記モータ駆動軸からなる回転軸と共回りするように前記回転軸に外嵌され、
前記切替クラッチは、ドッグクラッチであり、
前記ドッグクラッチは、前記回転軸の軸線周りにて前記回転軸と共回りするように前記回転軸に接続され且つ係合部を含む第1回転体と、前記軸線周りにて前記外輪と共回りするように前記外輪に接続され且つ被係合部を含む第2回転体と、を有する、請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。 - 前記切替クラッチを動作させるクラッチアクチュエータと、
前記エンジン、前記電動モータ及び前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するコントローラと、を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを駆動させ及び前記電動モータを回生させるように前記エンジン及び前記電動モータを制御し、かつ、前記切替クラッチを切断状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するエンジン発電モードと、
前記エンジン及び前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記エンジン及び前記電動モータを制御し、かつ、前記切替クラッチを切断状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するエンジン過給モードと、
前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記電動モータを制御し、かつ、前記切替クラッチを接続状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御する電動走行モードと、を実行可能に構成されている、請求項3乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。 - 前記電動走行モードは、
前記エンジン及び前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記エンジン及び前記電動モータが制御され、かつ、前記切替クラッチを接続状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータが制御されるHEVモードと、
前記エンジンを停止させ且つ前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記エンジン及び前記電動モータが制御され、かつ、前記切替クラッチを接続状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータが制御されるEVモードと、を含む、請求項2又は7に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。 - 前記コントローラは、前記エンジンが停止した状態で所定のエンジン始動指令が発生すると、前記切替クラッチを接続状態とするように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御し、かつ、前記電動モータを駆動させるように前記電動モータを制御する、請求項2又は7に記載の電動過給機付き乗物。
