Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係るヘリコプターのトランスミッション1の概略斜視図である。トランスミッション1は、ヘリコプターに搭載された原動機(図示せず)から回転翼(図示せず)に動力を伝達する。トランスミッション1は、ギヤボックスであり、複数のギヤを収容したハウジング2を有する。ハウジング2は、例えばマグネシウム合金製である。例えば原動機は、タービンであり、例えば回転翼は、ヘリコプターの機体上部で回転する主回転翼である。ハウジング2は、ヘリコプターの上下方向に延びる主軸3を支持しており、当該主軸3に主回転翼が取り付けられている。
次に、第2実施形態に係るヘリコプターのトランスミッション構造について、図3を参照して説明する。本実施形態において、第1実施形態と異なる構成を主に説明し、第1実施形態と共通する構成については説明を省略する。
図4は、第2実施形態に係るトランスミッション構造の変形例を示す図面である。本変形例において、第2実施形態と異なる構成を主に説明し、第2実施形態と共通する構成については説明を省略する。
本発明は前述した各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その構成を変更、追加、又は削除することができる。

Claims (3)
- ヘリコプターの原動機から回転翼に動力を伝達するトランスミッション構造であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたギヤに前記原動機の動力を伝達する入力軸と、
前記ハウジング内において前記入力軸を回転可能に支持する軸受であって、前記入力軸を保持する環状の内輪と、前記内輪の径方向外方に配置され、前記ハウジングに対して固定された環状の外輪と、前記内輪及び前記外輪の間に挟まれた複数の転動体とを有する軸受と、
前記外輪の外周面及び前記ハウジングの間に挟み込まれた、前記ハウジングに比べて熱伝導率が低い支持材と、を備え、
前記支持材は、前記ハウジングに面する少なくとも1つの空気層が形成されるように、前記入力軸の軸線の周方向に互いに間隔をあけて、前記ハウジングに対して接触する複数の接触部を有する、ヘリコプターのトランスミッション構造。 - 前記内輪の内周面及び前記入力軸の間に挟み込まれた、前記内輪及び前記入力軸に比べて熱伝導率が低いスリーブを更に備える、請求項1に記載のヘリコプターのトランスミッション構造。
- 前記支持材は、樹脂製である、請求項1又は2に記載のヘリコプターのトランスミッション構造。
