Description
本出願は、2020年10月22日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0137207号及びこれに基づいて2021年07月12日付で再出願された韓国特許出願第10-2021-0090772号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
共役ジエン系重合体、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第1グラフト共重合体と;アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含んでなる第2グラフト共重合体と;アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる熱可塑性共重合体とを含み、
前記第1グラフト共重合体を熱可塑性樹脂組成物の総重量%中に5~12重量%で含み、
前記第1グラフト共重合体の重量は、前記第2グラフト共重合体の重量よりも小さいと同時に、前記熱可塑性共重合体の重量よりも小さいことを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。

本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、好ましくは熱可塑性透明樹脂組成物であって、第1グラフト共重合体を含み、前記第1グラフト共重合体は、共役ジエン系重合体、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる。
本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、好ましくは熱可塑性透明樹脂組成物であって、前記第2グラフト共重合体を含み、前記第2グラフト共重合体は、一例として、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含んでなる。
本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、好ましくは熱可塑性透明樹脂組成物であって、熱可塑性共重合体を含み、前記熱可塑性共重合体は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる。
本発明の一実施例によれば、前述した第1グラフト共重合体の重量が前記第2グラフト共重合体の重量よりも小さい場合、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物の透明度、衝撃強度と加工性の物性バランスを有し、耐アルコール性をさらに改善することができる。
以下では、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法に関して説明する。本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法を説明するにおいて、上述した熱可塑性樹脂組成物の内容をすべて含む。
本発明の他の実施例によれば、前述した熱可塑性透明樹脂組成物で製造された成形品を提供することができる。前記範囲内で、機械的特性と透明度、耐アルコール性及び加工性の物性バランスが改善された効果を提供することができる。
下記の実施例及び比較例で用いられた物質は、次の通りである。
B-1)第2グラフト共重合体(ASA系樹脂:(ゴム)平均粒径90nmのブチルアクリレート42重量%及びスチレン3重量%、スチレン37重量%、アクリロニトリル14重量%、ブチルアクリレート4重量%、重量平均分子量85,000g/mol)
B-2)第2グラフト共重合体(ASA系樹脂:(ゴム)平均粒径90nmのブチルアクリレート42重量%及びスチレン3重量%、スチレン40重量%及びアクリロニトリル15重量%、重量平均分子量83,000g/mol)
C)熱可塑性共重合体(バルク重合方式のMSAN樹脂:メチルメタクリレート70重量%、スチレン25重量%、アクリロニトリル5重量%、重量平均分子量150,000g/mol)
D)エチレンオキシド単位とプロピレンオキシド単位を有するブロック共重合体(BASF社製のPluronic F108、重量平均分子量14,600g/mol)
E)メチルメタクリレート重合体(LG MMA社製のIH830、重量平均分子量101,000g/mol)
それぞれ、下記の表1及び表2に記載された成分及び含量を二軸押出機で230℃下で混練及び押出してペレットを製造し、ペレットを成形温度230℃で射出して物性測定用試験片を作製した。
Claims (14)
- 共役ジエン系重合体、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第1グラフト共重合体と、コアとして、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、並びに芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体の重合によって調製されたシェルを含んでなる第2グラフト共重合体と、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる熱可塑性共重合体とを含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、
前記第1グラフト共重合体5~12重量%、前記第2グラフト共重合体28~75重量%、及び前記熱可塑性共重合体20~60重量%を含み、
前記共役ジエン系重合体は、平均粒径が、0.25~0.35μmであり、
前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体の平均粒径は、0.05~0.12μmであり、
前記熱可塑性共重合体は、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を40~80重量%含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1グラフト共重合体は、総重量に対して、前記共役ジエン系重合体30~60重量%、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体20~40重量%、前記芳香族ビニル系単量体5~25重量%、及び前記ビニルシアン系単量体1~15重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1グラフト共重合体は、重量平均分子量が80,000~300,000g/molであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2グラフト共重合体は、総重量に対して、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体30~70重量%、前記芳香族ビニル系単量体20~68重量%、前記ビニルシアン系単量体1~30重量%、及び前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体1~15重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2グラフト共重合体のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体及び芳香族ビニル系単量体を含んでなり、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体は、前記第1グラフト共重合体のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体と同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体は、ブチルアクリレート単量体または2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート単量体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2グラフト共重合体は、重量平均分子量が50,000~150,000g/molであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1グラフト共重合体と前記第2グラフト共重合体との重量比は1:3~1:11であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性共重合体は、総重量に対して、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体40~80重量%、前記芳香族ビニル系単量体15~40重量%、及び前記ビニルシアン系単量体3~20重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1グラフト共重合体のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体及び前記熱可塑性共重合体のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体はメチルメタクリレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1~5及び7~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、エチレンオキシド単位とプロピレンオキシド単位を含むブロック共重合体を、前記第1グラフト共重合体、前記第2グラフト共重合体及び前記熱可塑性共重合体の合計100重量部に対して1.5重量部以下含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は耐アルコール性強化基材であることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 共役ジエン系重合体、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第1グラフト共重合体と、コアとして、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、並びに芳香族ビニル系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体の重合により調製されたシェルを含んでなる第2グラフト共重合体と、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる熱可塑性共重合体とを含み、
前記第1グラフト共重合体5~12重量%、前記第2グラフト共重合体28~75重量%、及び前記熱可塑性共重合体20~60重量%を含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を、溶融混練及び押出するステップを含み、
前記共役ジエン系重合体は、平均粒径が、0.25~0.35μmであり、
前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体の平均粒径は、0.05~0.12μmであり、
前記熱可塑性共重合体は、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を40~80重量%含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物で製造される、成形品。
