- 温度制御アセンブリ(2)であって、
第1側板(21)と、
縦方向(Y)に沿って第1側板(21)と対向して設置され、且つ第1側板(21)に接続されて第1側板(21)と共に空洞を形成する第2側板(22)と、
前記空洞内に設置され且つ前記空洞を複数のチャンネル(F)に分ける弾性熱伝導シート(23)と、
を含み、
弾性熱伝導シート(23)は本体部(231)を有し、且つ本体部(231)は、縦方向(Y)において第1側板(21)に接近し、且つ上下方向(Z)に沿って延伸する第1平板部分(231A)と、縦方向(Y)において第2側板(22)に接近し、且つ上下方向(Z)に沿って延伸する第2平板部分(231B)と、第1側板(21)から第2側板(22)に向けて傾斜して延伸し、且つ第1平板部分(231A)と第2平板部分(231B)に接続される接続部分(231C)と、を含み、
第1側板(21)は、上下方向(Z)に沿って延伸する第1本体部(211)と、第1本体部(211)の一端に接続され且つ縦方向(Y)に沿って延伸し、且つ第2側板(22)に接続される第1延伸部(212)と、を備え、
弾性熱伝導シート(23)は、本体部(231)の上下方向(Z)における一端に接続される圧縮部(232)をさらに備え、
圧縮部(232)は、本体部(231)の第1平板部分(231A)と第2平板部分(231B)が縦方向(Y)において第1側板(21)と第2側板(22)によって押し出されると、圧縮部(232)が本体部(231)に押し出されて変形するように設置される温度制御アセンブリ(2)。 - 第1平板部分(231A)は第1側板(21)と接触し、第2平板部分(231B)は第2側板(22)と接触する請求項1に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)。
- 弾性熱伝導シート(23)は第2側板(22)と第1側板(21)とが形成する空洞内に移動可能に設置され、又は、
弾性熱伝導シート(23)の上下方向(Z)における両端はそれぞれ第1側板(21)の対応する第1延伸部(212)に当接する請求項1に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)。 - 圧縮部(232)は巻回状の構造として形成され、
本体部(231)の第1平板部分(231A)と第2平板部分(231B)が縦方向(Y)において第1側板(21)と第2側板(22)によって押し出されると、圧縮部(232)は上下方向(Z)において第1側板(21)の第1延伸部(212)に当接し、本体部(231)は圧縮部(232)を取り囲んで巻回されて、圧縮部(232)を押し出す請求項1に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)。 - 圧縮部(232)はアーチ型構造として形成され、
弾性熱伝導シート(23)は、上下方向(Z)において圧縮部(232)と第1延伸部(212)との間に位置し且つ圧縮部(232)に接続される接続部(233)をさらに備え、
本体部(231)の第1平板部分(231A)と第2平板部分(231B)が縦方向(Y)において第1側板(21)と第2側板(22)によって押し出されると、接続部(233)は第1側板(21)の第1延伸部(212)に当接し、第1延伸部(212)は接続部(233)を介して本体部(231)と共に圧縮部(232)を押し出す請求項1に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)。 - 圧縮部(232)は、上下方向(Z)に沿って延伸し、且つ縦方向(Y)において第1側板(21)及び第2側板(22)と間隔を置いて設置される第3平板部分(232A)と、第3平板部分(232A)から第1側板(21)に向けて傾斜して延伸し、且つ第3平板部分(232A)及び本体部(231)に接続される第1押し出し部分(232B)と、第3平板部分(232A)から第1側板(21)に向けて傾斜して延伸し、且つ第3平板部分(232A)及び接続部(233)に接続される第2押し出し部分(232C)と、を含む請求項5に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)。
- 弾性熱伝導シート(23)の数は一枚であり、又は、
弾性熱伝導シート(23)の数は少なくとも二枚であり、前記少なくとも二枚の弾性熱伝導シート(23)は第1弾性熱伝導シート(23A)と第2弾性熱伝導シート(23B)を含み、
温度制御アセンブリ(2)は、縦方向(Y)に沿って延伸し且つ第1側板(21)と第2側板(22)に接続される仕切り板(24)をさらに含み、
第1弾性熱伝導シート(23A)は仕切り板(24)の上方に設置され、第2弾性熱伝導シート(23B)は仕切り板(24)の下方に設置される請求項6に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)。 - 電池パックであって、
複数の電池(1)及び請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の温度制御アセンブリ(2)を含み、前記複数の電池(1)は第1電池(1A)と第2電池(1B)を含み、温度制御アセンブリ(2)は第1電池(1A)と第2電池(1B)との間に設置される電池パック。 - 装置であって、
請求項8に記載の電池パックを含み、前記電池パックは電気エネルギーを提供することに用いられる装置。
