Description
低圧燃料噴射弁と高圧燃料噴射弁とを有するエンジンと、
燃料タンク内の燃料を前記低圧燃料噴射弁に接続された低圧供給管に供給する燃料ポンプと、前記低圧供給管内の燃料を加圧して前記高圧燃料噴射弁に接続された高圧供給管に供給する高圧ポンプと、を有する燃料供給装置と、
前記低圧供給管の燃圧を検出する燃圧センサと、
を備え、
前記低圧燃料噴射弁は、ソレノイドの通電のオンオフで開閉する電磁弁である
エンジン装置に用いられ、前記低圧燃料噴射弁と前記高圧燃料噴射弁とを制御する燃料噴射制御装置であって、
所定時間毎に前記燃圧センサにより検出された検出燃圧を入力する燃圧入力処理を実行し、
前記エンジンの回転数が所定回転数を超えているときには、前記燃圧入力処理において入力した前記検出燃圧に基づいて前記低圧燃料噴射弁から燃料噴射を開始するタイミングにおける前記低圧供給管の前記燃圧を推定し、推定した前記燃圧と、目標燃料噴射量と、に基づく燃料噴射時間を用いて前記低圧燃料噴射弁を制御し、
前記エンジンの回転数が前記所定回転数以下であるときには、前記ソレノイドの通電オン指令がなされてから前記ソレノイドが通電されるまでの間に前記燃圧センサから入力した前記検出燃圧と、前記目標燃料噴射量と、に基づく前記燃料噴射時間を用いて前記低圧燃料噴射弁を制御する
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (2)
- 低圧燃料噴射弁と高圧燃料噴射弁とを有するエンジンと、
燃料タンク内の燃料を前記低圧燃料噴射弁に接続された低圧供給管に供給する燃料ポンプと、前記低圧供給管内の燃料を加圧して前記高圧燃料噴射弁に接続された高圧供給管に供給する高圧ポンプと、を有する燃料供給装置と、
前記低圧供給管の燃圧を検出する燃圧センサと、
を備え、
前記低圧燃料噴射弁は、ソレノイドの通電のオンオフで開閉する電磁弁である
エンジン装置に用いられ、前記低圧燃料噴射弁と前記高圧燃料噴射弁とを制御する燃料噴射制御装置であって、
所定時間毎に前記燃圧センサにより検出された検出燃圧を入力する燃圧入力処理を実行し、
前記エンジンの回転数が前記高圧ポンプの駆動により発生する前記低圧供給管の前記燃圧の脈動を正弦波で近似できるか否かを判定するための閾値である所定回転数を超えているときには、前記燃圧入力処理において入力した前記検出燃圧に基づいて前記低圧燃料噴射弁から燃料噴射を開始するタイミングにおける前記低圧供給管の前記燃圧を推定し、推定した前記燃圧と、目標燃料噴射量と、に基づく燃料噴射時間を用いて前記低圧燃料噴射弁を制御し、
前記エンジンの回転数が前記所定回転数以下であるときには、前記ソレノイドの通電オン指令がなされてから前記ソレノイドが通電されるまでの間に前記燃圧センサから入力した前記検出燃圧と、前記目標燃料噴射量と、に基づく前記燃料噴射時間を用いて前記低圧燃料噴射弁を制御する
燃料噴射制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記低圧燃料噴射弁は、前記エンジンの吸気ポート内に燃料を噴射するポート噴射弁であり、
前記高圧燃料噴射弁は、前記エンジンの筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内噴射弁である、
燃料噴射制御装置。
