Claims (23)
- シリンジからの流体の取り入れおよび送達のためのキャップであって、前記キャップは、
流体入口経路および流体出口経路を含む外側キャップアセンブリと、
前記シリンジの流体ノズル内に挿入され、シリンジの内部と前記流体入口経路または前記流体出口経路との間の選択的な流体連通を提供するように構成された内側キャップアセンブリと、を含み、
前記外側キャップアセンブリは、前記シリンジの内部が前記流体入口経路と流体連通する第1の充填位置と、前記シリンジの内部が前記流体出口経路と流体連通する第2の送達位置と、の間で前記内側キャップアセンブリおよび前記シリンジに対して摺動可能であり、
前記外側キャップアセンブリは、流体インジェクタのキャップ保持機能部と係合するように構成された係合機能部を有し、係合面は、前記係合機能部が前記キャップ保持機能部と係合したときに、近位方向および遠位方向の少なくとも一方への前記外側キャップアセンブリの移動を防止し、
前記係合機能部が前記流体インジェクタの前記キャップ保持機能部の表面と係合したときに、前記キャップが取り付けられた前記シリンジの遠位および近位の移動の際に、前記外側キャップアセンブリが前記内側キャップアセンブリに対して摺動可能である、キャップ。 - 前記内側キャップアセンブリは、前記シリンジが流体で充填されつつあるときに、前記シリンジの内壁への前記流体の流れを迂回させる流れコントローラ機能部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のキャップ。
- プランジャおよび前記シリンジの近位端壁の一方が前記流体インジェクタのピストンによって近位方向に引かれたときに、前記キャップが前記第1の充填位置にある、請求項1または2に記載のキャップ。
- プランジャおよび前記シリンジの近位端壁の一方が前記流体インジェクタのピストンによって遠位方向に押されたときに、前記キャップが前記第2の送達位置にある、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記プランジャまたは前記シリンジの前記近位端壁の移動方向が前記近位方向から前記遠位方向に変化すると、前記キャップが前記第1の充填位置と前記第2の送達位置との間を摺動する、請求項3または4に記載のキャップ。
- 前記流体ノズルは、前記シリンジの遠位放出ネックに配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記流体入口経路および前記流体出口経路の少なくとも一方は、前記内側キャップアセンブリに対する前記外側キャップアセンブリの摺動の際に、閉位置と開位置との間を移動するように構成された閉鎖部材を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記閉鎖部材は、
前記閉鎖部材が前記閉位置にあるときに、前記流体入口経路および前記流体出口経路の前記少なくとも一方に関連する表面と流体密封止を形成するための封止表面を有する第1の部分と、
第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間の弾性コネクタ部材であって、前記閉鎖部材を前記内側キャップアセンブリに接続する弾性コネクタ部材と、を含み、
前記弾性コネクタ部材は、前記閉鎖部材が前記開位置と前記閉位置との間を移動するにつれて、伸張、圧縮、または屈曲のうちの少なくとも1つを行うように構成される、請求項7に記載のキャップ。 - 前記弾性コネクタ部材は、前記弾性コネクタ部材を前記内側キャップアセンブリに接続する複数の屈曲可能な脚部を含み、前記閉鎖部材が前記開位置と前記閉位置との間を移動するにつれて、前記複数の屈曲可能な脚部が屈曲する、請求項8に記載のキャップ。
- 前記閉鎖部材が前記開位置と前記閉位置との間を移動するにつれて、前記弾性コネクタ部材が伸張または圧縮する、請求項8に記載のキャップ。
- 前記流体入口経路は入口閉鎖部材を含み、前記流体出口経路は出口閉鎖部材を含み、
前記入口閉鎖部材は、前記シリンジが液体で充填されつつあるときに開位置にあり、前記シリンジが前記液体を送達しているときは閉位置にあり、
前記出口閉鎖部材は、前記シリンジが液体で充填されつつあるときは閉位置にあり、前記シリンジが前記液体を送達しているときは開位置にある、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。 - 前記外側キャップアセンブリは、前記内側キャップアセンブリに対して、前記シリンジの前記内部と前記流体入口経路または前記流体出口経路との間に流体連通がない第3の閉位置へと摺動可能である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記シリンジは、前部装填シリンジ、および回転ダイアフラムシリンジのうちの一方である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。

前記外側キャップアセンブリは、前記シリンジの前記内部が前記流体入口経路と流体連通する第1の充填位置と、前記シリンジの前記内部が前記流体出口経路と流体連通する第2の送達位置と、の間で前記内側キャップアセンブリおよび前記シリンジの前記放出ノズルに対して摺動可能であり、
前記外側キャップアセンブリは、流体インジェクタのキャップ保持機能部と係合するように構成された係合機能部を有し、係合面は、前記係合機能部が前記キャップ保持機能部と係合したときに、近位方向および遠位方向の少なくとも一方への前記外側キャップアセンブリの移動を防止し、

- 前記流体入口経路は入口閉鎖部材を含み、前記流体出口経路は出口閉鎖部材を含み、
