Description
ゴム成分100質量部に対して、表1の配合処方に従い、実施例1~4および比較例1のゴム組成物を配合し、通常のバンバリーミキサーを用いて混練し、ゴム組成物を調整した。表1に記載の各配合剤を以下に示す。
・ポリスチレンブタジエンゴム-1(SBR-1)(溶液重合ポリスチレンブタジエンゴム、ガラス転移温度(Tg)=-10℃、質量平均分子量Mw=116万、37.5phr油展品)、商品名「SE6233」、住友化学社製
・ポリスチレンブタジエンゴム-2(SBR-2)(溶液重合ポリスチレンブタジエンゴム、ガラス転移温度(Tg)=-4℃、質量平均分子量Mw=120万、44.0phr油展品)、商品名「SE6529」、住友化学社製
・カーボンブラック:商品名「シーストV」、東海カーボン社製
・シリカ:商品名「ニップシールAQ」、東ソー・シリカ社製
・シランカップリング剤:商品名「NXT」、モメンティブ社製
・オイル:商品名NC140」、JX日鉱日石エネルギー
・ステアリン酸:商品名「工業用ステアリン酸」、花王社製
・酸化亜鉛:商品名「酸化亜鉛3種」、三井金属鉱業社製
・ワックス:商品名「OZOACE2701」、日本精鑞社製
・老化防止剤:商品名「ノクラック6C」、大内新興化学社製
・硫黄:商品名「5%オイル処理150メッシュ粉末品」、鶴見化学社製
・加硫促進剤1:商品名「ノクセラーTT」、大内新興化学社製
・加硫促進剤2:商品名「ノクセラーDM」、大内新興化学社製
・架橋助剤:商品名「BMI」、ケイアイ化学社製
各ゴム組成物について、以下の条件で評価を行った。
所定の金型を使用し、各ゴム組成物を170℃×17分で加硫して得られた円柱形状(直径50mm、高さ25mm)の加硫ゴムサンプルについて、23±2℃、周波数15Hz、振幅±2%で振動させ、そのtanδを測定した。評価は、比較例1の結果を100として指数評価を行い、指数が大きいほど、加硫ゴムの減衰性が高く、優れることを意味する。結果を表1に示す。さらに、ポリスチレンブタジエンゴムに由来するtanδがピーク値を示した時の温度(SBR-tanδピーク値温度)を表1に示す。なお、比較例1についてはゴム成分としてポリスチレンブタジエンゴムを含まないため、ポリスチレンブタジエンゴムに由来するtanδピークが観測されなかった。
(静的バネ定数(Ks))
ゴムサンプル上下面に円柱状の金具(直径60mm、厚み6mm)の一対を接着剤を使用して接着し、テストピースを作製した。作製したテストピースを円柱軸方向に2回、5mm圧縮させた後、歪が復元する際の荷重たわみ曲線から、1.25mmおよび3.75mmのたわみ荷重を測定し、これらの値から静的バネ定数(Ks)(N/mm)を算出した。
(動的バネ定数(Kd))
静的バネ定数(Ks)を測定する際に使用したテストピースを円柱軸方向に2.5mm圧縮し、この2.5mm圧縮した位置を中心として、下方から100Hzの周波数で振幅0.05mmの定変位調和圧縮振動を与え、上方のロードセルにて動的加重を検出し、JIS-K 6394に準拠して動的バネ定数(Kd)(N/mm)を算出した。
(動倍率:Kd/Ks)
動倍率は、以下の式より算出した。
(動倍率)=(動的バネ定数(Kd))/(静的バネ定数(Ks))
評価は、比較例1の結果を100として指数評価を行い、指数が小さいほど、加硫ゴムの動倍率が低く、優れることを意味する。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (3)
- ゴム成分の全量を100質量部としたとき、ポリスチレンブタジエンゴムを10~30質量部、ならびに天然ゴムおよびポリイソプレンゴムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を40~90質量部含有する防振ゴム用ゴム組成物を加硫成形してなる防振ゴムであって、
前記ポリスチレンブタジエンゴムのガラス転移温度が-15~20℃であり、
10℃以上の温度範囲でtanδのピークを示すことを特徴とする防振ゴム。 - 前記ポリスチレンブタジエンゴムの質量平均分子量が20万以上である請求項1に記載の防振ゴム。
- 前記防振ゴム用ゴム組成物は、ゴム成分の全量を100質量部としたとき、シリカを20~40質量部、およびカーボンブラックを5~15質量部含有する請求項1または2に記載の防振ゴム。
