Description
最初に、実施形態に係るセラミック構造体1を適用した装飾部材の構成について、図1~図3を参照しながら説明する。なおここでは、装飾部材の一例である指輪10の詳細について説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る指輪10の正面図であり、図2は、実施形態に係る指輪10の側面図である。
また、上述のセラミック構造体1が適用可能な対象は、装飾部材に限られない。そこで、以降の実施形態では、セラミック構造体1をその他の各種対象に適用した例について示す。
つづいて、実施形態に係るセラミック構造体1を適用した光学部材30の構成について、図6を参照しながら説明する。図6は、実施形態に係る光学部材30の断面図である。
つづいて、実施形態に係るセラミック構造体1を適用したガイド部材40の構成について、図8を参照しながら説明する。図8は、実施形態に係るガイド部材40の断面図である。実施形態に係るガイド部材40は、糸状部材(以下、糸ともいう)を移動可能な状態で保持するために用いられる。
つづいて、実施形態に係るセラミック構造体1を適用したブレーキロータ50の構成について、図9を参照しながら説明する。図9は、実施形態に係るブレーキロータ50の斜視図である。
つづいて、実施形態に係るセラミック構造体1を適用した各種生活用品の構成について、図10~図12を参照しながら説明する。まずは、生活用品の一例であるタンブラー60の詳細について説明する。図10は、実施形態に係るタンブラー60の側面図である。

請求項1または2に記載の装飾部材。 - 成形体を所定の温度で焼成して焼成体を形成する工程と、
前記焼成体の表面を研削する工程と、
表面が研削された前記焼成体の表面に露出した内側面を有する、溝状の凹部を形成する工程と、
前記凹部が形成された前記焼成体の表面をバレル加工する工程と、
を含み、
前記バレル加工する工程は、前記凹部の幅よりも大きいメディアを使用し、
前記凹部を形成する工程は、前記凹部の内部を鏡面加工する工程を含む
セラミック部材で構成される装飾部材の製造方法。
