Claims (2)
- 電磁コイルと、電磁コイルを外周に巻回した筒状のボビンと、ボビン内に隙間を存して挿入される、軸方向一端が閉塞された非磁性金属製のガイド筒と、ガイド筒内に摺動自在に挿入される可動鉄心と、可動鉄心を軸方向他端側に付勢するバネと、ボビンとガイド筒との間の隙間に挿入される磁性金属製のカラーとを備える電磁ソレノイド装置において、
ガイド筒とカラーとの間にガイド筒に対し軸方向にオーバーラップするカラーの部分の全長に亘る隙間が設けられ、この隙間に樹脂製の筒状スペーサが挿入されることを特徴とする電磁ソレノイド装置。 - 前記筒状スペーサに、内周側又は外周側に突出して、前記ガイド筒の外周面又は前記カラーの内周面に当接する凸部が周方向に等間隔で3個以上設けられ、筒状スペーサの各凸部を設けた周方向部分が、ガイド筒の外周面又はカラーの内周面への各凸部の当接により径方向に撓んで、当該周方向部分の各凸部とは反対側の周面がカラーの内周面又はガイド筒の外周面に当接することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁ソレノイド装置。
