Description
Claims (3)
- 走行制御モードとして、目標速度に応じた車速で車両の走行を制御する通常走行モードと、最高車速値よりも小さい車速制限値を定めて当該車速制限値未満の車速で車両の走行を制御する車速制限モードと、を有する産業用車両において、
運転者の操作により車両の加速を指示するアクセル操作部材と、
前記アクセル操作部材の操作量をもとに車両の前記目標速度を算出する目標速度算出部と、
運転者の操作により車両の走行方向を指示する方向指示部材と、
前記方向指示部材の操作位置をもとに車両の指示走行方向を算出する方向算出部と、
車両の実速度を算出する車速算出部と、
回生制動制限の許可と禁止を切り替える切替部と、
車両の走行を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
回生制動制限が許可されているときに車速制限モードへ移行した時に、回生制動制限状態となり、
前記車速制限モードであり、且つ、前記回生制動制限が許可されているときにおいて、前記回生制動制限を行う回生制動制限状態と、前記回生制動制限を無しとする回生制動制限無し状態と、を切替可能に構成されており、
所定の条件が満たされることにより、前記回生制動制限状態と前記回生制動制限無し状態とを切り替える制御パターンを少なくとも一つ有し、
前記車速制限モードでは、前記運転者の前記アクセル操作部材の操作がなくても、前記車両が坂道で外力を受けて走行可能であり、
前記制御パターンは、前記所定の条件として、
前記回生制動制限状態であり、且つ、前記指示走行方向が変化したこと、
及び、
前記回生制動制限状態であり、且つ、前記実速度がゼロとなったこと、の少なくとも一方が満たされた場合、
回生制限値の変化率を所定の値よりも大きな値として、前記回生制動制限状態から前記回生制動制限無し状態へ切り替えるパターンである、産業用車両。 - 走行制御モードとして、目標速度に応じた車速で車両の走行を制御する通常走行モードと、最高車速値よりも小さい車速制限値を定めて当該車速制限値未満の車速で車両の走行を制御する車速制限モードと、を有する産業用車両において、
運転者の操作により車両の加速を指示するアクセル操作部材と、
前記アクセル操作部材の操作量をもとに車両の前記目標速度を算出する目標速度算出部と、
運転者の操作により車両の走行方向を指示する方向指示部材と、
前記方向指示部材の操作位置をもとに車両の指示走行方向を算出する方向算出部と、
車両の実速度を算出する車速算出部と、
回生制動制限の許可と禁止を切り替える切替部と、
車両の走行を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
回生制動制限が許可されているときに車速制限モードへ移行した時に、回生制動制限状態となり、
前記車速制限モードであり、且つ、前記回生制動制限が許可されているときにおいて、前記回生制動制限を行う回生制動制限状態と、前記回生制動制限を無しとする回生制動制限無し状態と、を切替可能に構成されており、
所定の条件が満たされることにより、前記回生制動制限状態と前記回生制動制限無し状態とを切り替える制御パターンを少なくとも一つ有し、
前記車速制限モードでは、前記運転者の前記アクセル操作部材の操作がなくても、前記車両が坂道で外力を受けて走行可能であり、
前記制御パターンは、前記所定の条件として、
前記回生制動制限状態であり、車両の実走行方向と車両の前記指示走行方向が一致し、且つ、前記目標速度が前記実速度よりも大きくなることで前記車速制限モードから前記通常走行モードへ移行したこと、
及び、
前記回生制動制限状態であり、且つ、前記目標速度が実速度よりも小さくなる前記アクセル操作部材の操作状態が非操作状態に移行することで前記車速制限モードから前記通常走行モードへ移行したこと、の少なくとも一方が満たされた場合、
回生制限値の変化率を所定の値よりも小さな値として、前記制限状態から前記回生制動制限無し状態へ切り替えるパターンである、産業用車両。 - 前記制御パターンは、前記所定の条件として、前記回生制動制限が許可から禁止に切り替えられたことが満たされた場合、前記回生制動制限状態から前記回生制動制限無し状態へ切り替えるパターンである、請求項1または2に記載の産業用車両。
