1)硬度(ASTM D2240):
それぞれの試験片に対して、ASTM D2240方法に準じて硬度計(ASKER CL-150、単位Shore A)を使用して、硬度試験機(「A」type)の針を完全に下ろした後、10秒後に示された常温での硬度値を読み取る。硬度は、それぞれの試験片に対して5か所を試験した後、平均値を計算した。
それぞれの試験片に対して、テスト機器であるU.T.Mを用いて、200mm/分のクロスヘッドスピード(cross head speed)で引っ張った後、試験片が切断する地点の引張強度と伸び率を測定した。引張強度(kgf/cm2)の計算は、ロード(load)値(kgf)/厚さ(cm)×幅(cm)で計算し、伸び率(%)は、エクステンション(extension)/初期長さ×100で計算した。前記測定は、常温で行われる。
それぞれの試験片を径3cmの円形に切り出した後、小数点第4位まで初期の重量(Wi)を測定した。初期の重量(Wq1)が測定された3M油紙(55mm×85mm)の間に試験片を挟んだ後、5kgの荷重を加えた状態で、70℃のオーブンで4日間放置した後、試験片を取り出し、試験片の重量および油紙の重量(Wq2)を測定し、移行量の計算は、(Wq2-Wq1)/Wi×100で行った。この場合、前記移行量は、可塑剤の流出量(%)を意味する。
それぞれの試験片に対して、小数点第4位まで初期の重量(Wi)を測定した。120℃のオーブンにクランプを用いて試験片を固定させ、72時間後、試験片を取り出し、恒温槽(25℃)で4時間以上保管した後、試験片の重量(Wo)を測定し、加熱減量の計算は、(Wi-Wo)/Wi×100で行った。
温度センサ、機械式撹拌機、凝縮器、デカンタ(Decantor)および窒素注入装置が設置された1L反応器に、シクロヘキサンジエステル(ハンファケミカルEco-DEHCH)500gおよび1,4-ブタンジオール(1,4-Butanediol)55.4gを投入した後、窒素条件下で撹拌させて220度まで昇温させた。昇温後、TNBT(Tetra N-butyl Titanate)を0.2g投入して220度に加温して8時間トランスエステル化反応を行った。反応が完了すると、90度まで冷却した後、アルカリ溶液(1M NaOH solution)を投入した後、珪藻土を用いてフィルタリングした。次に、回転蒸発濃縮器を用いて、未反応のアルコール、水、不純物を除去し、最終生成物であるエステル可塑剤組成物を取得した。
前記実施例1の製造方法と同様に行うが、多価アルコールの投入量を下記表1のように変更し、最終生成物であるエステル可塑剤組成物を取得した。
商用のシクロヘキサンジエステル(ハンファケミカルEco-DEHCH)を用いた。
Claims (15)
- 前記化学式1において、前記R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立して、C3-C10アルキルであり、前記L 1 は、C2-C6アルキレンである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記化学式1において、前記R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立して、C3-C10分岐鎖アルキルである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記エステル系可塑剤組成物の全重量に対して、前記化学式1で表される化合物を30重量%以上含む、請求項5に記載のエステル系可塑剤組成物。
- 前記多価アルコールは、
炭素数2~10のアルキレン基を含む化合物である、請求項7に記載のエステル系可塑剤組成物を製造する方法。 - 前記エステル系可塑剤組成物の全重量に対して、前記化学式1で表される化合物を30重量%以上含む、請求項7に記載のエステル系可塑剤組成物を製造する方法。
- 請求項5または請求項6に記載のエステル系可塑剤組成物を含む、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 前記エステル系可塑剤組成物は、
塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部に対して、5~100重量部含まれる、請求項11に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。 - 熱安定剤、充填剤またはこれらの組み合わせをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- ASTM D638試験方法に準じて、120℃で72時間加熱した後、常温で測定した初期試験片の重量に対して測定した加熱減量の割合が2.0%以下である、請求項11に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項11に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物から製造される成形物。
