Description
S11、データ収集部を介して第1手の動作情報を収集し、且つ制御部に伝送する工程と、
S12、前記制御部は、前記第1手の動作情報を受信し、且つ、分析した後、空気圧システムが空気圧伸縮アセンブリに空気を供給し又は空気圧伸縮アセンブリから空気を排出するように制御する工程と、
S13、前記空気圧伸縮アセンブリに空気を供給し又は空気圧伸縮アセンブリから空気を排出することにより、着用訓練部を屈曲状態と伸展状態との間で変化させ、第2手のミラー訓練を実現する工程とを含む。
S21、検出部は、前記第2手の動作情報を検出し、且つ前記制御部に伝送する工程と、
S22、前記制御部は前記第2手の動作情報を受信し、且つ記憶部中に予め記憶された第2評価基準を呼び出し、前記第2手の動作情報と比較して分析し、第2手の回復状態を判断した後、前記第2手の回復状態に基づいて空気圧システムが空気圧伸縮アセンブリへの空気供給時間の長さ、空気排出時間の長さ又は空気供給量を制御する工程と、
S23、前記空気圧伸縮アセンブリは、空気供給時間の長さ、空気排出時間の長さ又は空気供給量を調整することにより、着用訓練部を屈曲状態と伸展状態との間で変化させ、前記第2手がミラー訓練を行う場合の訓練強度を調整する工程とを含む。
Claims (24)
- 指関節リハビリ訓練装置であって、制御部と、前記制御部に接続されたデータ収集部と、前記制御部に接続された空気圧システムと、前記空気圧システムに接続された着用訓練部とを含み、前記着用訓練部に空気圧伸縮アセンブリが設けられ、
前記データ収集部は、第1手の手の動作情報を収集し、且つ前記手の動作情報を前記制御部に伝送するために使用され、前記手の動作情報は手の押圧情報を含み、
前記着用訓練部を屈曲状態と伸展状態との間で変化させ、第2手のミラー訓練を実現するために、前記制御部は、前記手の動作情報に基づき、前記空気圧システムが前記空気圧伸縮アセンブリに空気を供給し又は空気圧伸縮アセンブリから空気を排出するように制御するために使用され、
前記指関節リハビリ訓練装置は、着用データ部を更に含み、前記着用データ部は、手袋の形状であり、前記データ収集部は前記着用データ部の手のひら部に設置され、
前記データ収集部は感圧素子を含み、前記感圧素子は弾性ハウジングと、導電性接着剤層とを含み、前記導電性接着剤層は導電性接着剤内に銅線を埋め込むことによって構成され、前記導電性接着剤層は、第1導電性接着剤層と、第2導電性接着剤層とを含み、前記第1導電性接着剤層と前記第2導電性接着剤層は、相互に接触することではなく、前記弾性ハウジングの対向する内壁にそれぞれ設置され、
前記制御部は導電性素子を更に含み、前記導電性素子は前記弾性ハウジングの一端に設置され、且つ前記導電性素子の上端面と下端面は前記第1導電性接着剤層及び前記第2導電性接着剤層とそれぞれ接触し、前記制御部は信号検出ユニットを含み、前記信号検出ユニットと前記感圧素子は前記導電性素子を介して電気的に接続される
ことを特徴とする、指関節リハビリ訓練装置。 - 前記手のひら部に収容部が設置され、前記データ収集部は前記収容部内に設置され、且つ前記データ収集部と前記収容部は取り外し可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記収容部は狭くて細い構造であり、前記データ収集部は狭くて細く、且つ前記収容部に適合するように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部は、接着、面ファスナー、磁石、縫い合せ、係止のいずれか一種によって前記手のひら部に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部の第1軸線と前記手のひら部の掌根線との間の最小直線距離は1cm以上であり、前記データ収集部の第1軸線と前記手のひら部の中手指節関節を結ぶ線の最小直線距離は0.5cm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部の第1軸線の長さは、手のひら部の軸長の1/10-1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部の第1軸線と前記手のひら部の掌内側縁線との夾角が0°より大きく180°未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部は押圧ユニットを含み、前記押圧ユニットはm個の導電性シートを含み、mは1以上の自然数であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部はハウジングを更に含み、前記押圧ユニットは前記ハウジング内に設置され、前記ハウジングの外側面に押圧部が設けられ、前記押圧部は弾性材料であり、前記押圧部と前記導電性シートは平行に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記制御部は信号検出ユニットを含み、前記信号検出ユニットと前記押圧ユニットは電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部は、ハウジングと、前記ハウジング内に設置された押圧ユニットとを含み、前記押圧ユニットは少なくとも1つの感圧デバイスを含み、前記ハウジングの外側面に押圧部が設けられ、前記押圧部は弾性材料であり、前記制御部は信号検出ユニットを含み、前記信号検出ユニットは前記押圧ユニットに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記制御部は信号検出ユニットを含み、前記信号検出ユニットと感圧素子は前記銅線を介して電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記手の動作情報は手の光感知情報を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部は少なくとも1つの光感知ユニットを含み、前記制御部は信号検出ユニットを含み、前記信号検出ユニットと前記光感知ユニットは電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記光感知ユニットが発する光の光路方向と指が伸びる時の指の方向との夾角は0~180°であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部は、球形構造、楕円形構造、多面体構造のいずれか一種であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部の厚さは0.1~2cmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記データ収集部のハウジングの少なくとも1つの表面は、凹凸表面であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記指関節リハビリ訓練装置は周辺装置を更に含み、前記周辺装置は、モバイル表示部と、モバイルボタン部と、第1データ相互作用モジュールと、モバイル制御部とを含み、前記モバイル表示部、前記モバイルボタン部及び前記第1データ相互作用モジュールはいずれも前記モバイル制御部に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記第1データ相互作用モジュールとデータ伝送を行うための第2データ相互作用モジュールは前記制御部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記空気圧システムは、第1ポンプと、第2ポンプと、第1弁と、第2弁とを含み、前記第1ポンプ、前記第2ポンプ及び前記第2弁は第1三方管を介して接続され、前記第1ポンプ、前記第2ポンプ及び前記第1弁は第2三方管を介して接続され、前記第1弁及び前記第2弁と前記着用訓練部を介して第3三方管を介して接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記指関節リハビリ訓練装置は、ハウジングと、蓄電池とを更に含み、前記蓄電池、前記空気圧システム及び前記制御部は下から上まで前記装置のハウジングの内部に順次設置され、且つ前記空気圧システムは前記制御部を介して前記蓄電池に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記蓄電池、前記空気圧システム、前記制御部及び前記装置のハウジングには相互に緩衝材が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
- 前記装置のハウジングの上側にボタン部が設けられ、且つ前記ボタン部は前記制御部に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の指関節リハビリ訓練装置。
