背景技术
脑血管疾病的发病率高,容易导致偏瘫症状,使患者的同侧上下肢出现运动障碍,严重干扰患者的正常生活。研究表明,由于手部的关节神经分布广、血管多,手部的运动能够促进大脑运动区域30%以及躯体感觉区域17%的血流运动,进而有效刺激神经,以促进上肢的康复。

因此,有必要开发一种新型的穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法及终端以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,避免现有技术中存在的由于无法参考使用者的真实运动意图来进行手部康复训练而影响训练效果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明终端包括控制单元、气泵、分指穿戴部、气管、电磁阀、导线、电极片以及交互界面,控制单元分别与气泵、电磁阀、电极片、交互界面信号连接;
所述交互界面用于根据用户的操作信息对控制单元发出操作指令;
所述控制单元用于根据交互界面的操作指令通过导线持续给电极片导电,并且用于交互界面的操作指令控制气泵对分指穿戴部的充气和吸气,以及控制电磁阀的开启和关闭;

S3、选择牵伸训练模式,进行牵伸训练。

可使患者的五根手指全部进行康复训练,达到手指康复训练闭环,对于骨骼局域外伤,如有钢板的,增加趣味性,可对手指进行固定并进行康复训练,可为患者提供手部助力,帮助患者进行手指的弯曲或伸展以完成牵伸康复训练,加强肌肉肌腱的强度锻炼,完成运动学习来重建或改善脑卒中患者手部的运动功能。增强关节活动和肌力,患者能够随时随地进行多次自我治疗和训练,既可在短期内提高疗效,又大大降低了医疗成本。

实施例1
如图1—4所示,本发明终端包括控制单元、气泵、分指穿戴部、气管、电磁阀、导线、电极片以及交互界面,控制单元分别与气泵、电磁阀、电极片、交互界面信号连接;
所述交互界面用于根据用户的操作信息对控制单元发出操作指令;
所述控制单元用于根据交互界面的操作指令通过导线持续给电极片导电,并且用于交互界面的操作指令控制气泵对分指穿戴部的充气和吸气,以及控制电磁阀的开启和关闭;
所述导线用于连通控制单元和电极片;
所述气管用于连通气泵和分指穿戴部;
所述电磁阀设置在气管上,用于开关气泵和分指穿戴部的连通;
所述分指穿戴部为呈手套形状,包括五个分指穿戴单元,分别为拇指穿戴单元、食指穿戴单元、中指穿戴单元、无名指穿戴单元以及小指穿戴单元,五个分指穿戴单元上均设置有相对应的气动伸缩调节机构,五个分指穿戴单元均通过一一对应的气管与气泵连通,所述电磁阀与气管一一对应。
电磁阀的初始状态为闭合状态,气泵给气动伸缩调节机构充气,对应的分指穿戴单元弯曲,吸气则对应的分指穿戴单元处于伸直状态。
气动伸缩调节机构可参考专利CN201821506734.7。
一种穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,包括:
S1、按压检测气囊,对患者手功能障碍进行评估,以评估结果制定康复训练计划;
S2、将电极片贴在患者小臂外侧部位;
S3、选择牵伸训练模式,进行牵伸训练。
进一步的,在步骤S1中,检测气囊连接有压力传感器,所述压力传感器将气囊气压信号传递给控制单元,控制单元对比气囊气压信号和预设条件确定压力等级,交互界面显示压力等级。
进一步的,在步骤S1中,控制单元存储有与压力等级相对应的康复训练计划,控制单元根据压力等级调用与压力等级相对应的康复训练计划,并且在交互界面进行显示。
进一步的,在步骤S3中,用户在交互界面上选择牵伸训练模式,
在每一组牵伸训练中,控制单元根据交互界面的操作指令通过导线持续给电极片导电,小臂外侧肌肉在电击的持续刺激下收缩,手腕处保持牵伸状态,时间T1后停止电极片停止导电,时间T2后,控制单元打开对应五个分指穿戴单元上的五个电磁阀,并且控制气泵对气动伸缩调节机构进行充气,五个分指穿戴单元在相对应的气动伸缩调节机构的带动下弯曲,时间T3后,控制单元控制气泵对气动伸缩调节机构进行吸气,五个分指穿戴单元在相对应的气动伸缩调节机构的带动下伸直,时间T4后,五个分指穿戴单元上的五个电磁阀,手掌恢复松弛状态,时间T5后开始持续导电。
实施例2
如图1—4所示,基于实施例1,周期性进行权利要求4所述的牵伸训练,总训练时间为T6,T6时间截止后关闭气泵。
实施例3
如图1—4所示,基于实施例1和实施例2,T1、T2、T3、T4、T5以及T6可在交互界面选择设置。
控制单元还存储有语音数据和扬声模块,所述语音数据与交互界面相关联,使用者进行所述手部康复训练的同时,所述控制单元调用所述语音数据,并通过所述扬声模块向使用者进行语音指导。
目前,本申请的技术方案已经进行了中试,即产品在大规模量产前的小规模实验;中试完成后,在小范围内开展了用户使用调研,调研结果表明用户满意度较高;现在已经着手准备产品正式投产进行产业化(包括知识产权风险预警调研)。

Claims (7)
1.一种穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法及终端,终端包括控制单元、气泵、分指穿戴部、气管、电磁阀、导线、电极片以及交互界面,控制单元分别与气泵、电磁阀、电极片、交互界面信号连接;
所述交互界面用于根据用户的操作信息对控制单元发出操作指令;
所述控制单元用于根据交互界面的操作指令通过导线持续给电极片导电,并且用于交互界面的操作指令控制气泵对分指穿戴部的充气和吸气,以及控制电磁阀的开启和关闭;
所述导线用于连通控制单元和电极片;
所述气管用于连通气泵和分指穿戴部;
所述电磁阀设置在气管上,用于开关气泵和分指穿戴部的连通;
所述分指穿戴部为呈手套形状,包括五个分指穿戴单元,分别为拇指穿戴单元、食指穿戴单元、中指穿戴单元、无名指穿戴单元以及小指穿戴单元,五个分指穿戴单元上均设置有相对应的气动伸缩调节机构,五个分指穿戴单元均通过一一对应的气管与气泵连通,所述电磁阀与气管一一对应。
2.一种穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1、按压检测气囊,对患者手功能障碍进行评估,以评估结果制定康复训练计划;
S2、将电极片贴在患者小臂外侧部位;
S3、选择牵伸训练模式,进行牵伸训练。
3.根据权利要求2所述的穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,检测气囊连接有压力传感器,所述压力传感器将气囊气压信号传递给控制单元,控制单元对比气囊气压信号和预设条件确定压力等级,交互界面显示压力等级。
4.根据权利要求3所述的穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,控制单元存储有与压力等级相对应的康复训练计划,控制单元根据压力等级调用与压力等级相对应的康复训练计划,并且在交互界面进行显示。
5.根据权利要求4所述的穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,用户在交互界面上选择牵伸训练模式,
在每一组牵伸训练中,控制单元根据交互界面的操作指令通过导线持续给电极片导电,小臂外侧肌肉在电击的持续刺激下收缩,手腕处保持牵伸状态,时间T1后停止电极片停止导电,时间T2后,控制单元打开对应五个分指穿戴单元上的五个电磁阀,并且控制气泵对气动伸缩调节机构进行充气,五个分指穿戴单元在相对应的气动伸缩调节机构的带动下弯曲,时间T3后,控制单元控制气泵对气动伸缩调节机构进行吸气,五个分指穿戴单元在相对应的气动伸缩调节机构的带动下伸直,时间T4后,五个分指穿戴单元上的五个电磁阀,手掌恢复松弛状态,时间T5后开始持续导电。
6.根据权利要求5所述的穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,其特征在于,周期性进行权利要求4所述的牵伸训练,总训练时间为T6。
7.根据权利要求6所述的穿戴式手关节牵伸训练方法,其特征在于,T1、T2、T3、T4、T5以及T6可在交互界面选择设置。
