Claims (15)
- 内側(ないそく)側に延びる内側壁厚又は第1の側壁厚を画定する内側(ないそく)壁又は第1の側壁と、外側(がいそく)側に延びる外側壁厚又は第2の側壁厚を画定する外側(がいそく)壁又は第2の側壁と、後方に延びる後壁厚を有する後壁と、前方に延びる前壁厚を有する前壁とを有する中実フレームと、
前記中実フレーム内に配置された多孔性内層であって、露出した上面及び露出した下面を有する多孔性内層と、
上-下方向に延在する第1の内部空洞であって、前記多孔性内層及び前記中実フレームによって画定される第1の内部空洞と、
を備える脊椎インプラントであって、
前記中実フレームは、前記上面及び前記下面を超えて前記内側壁から前記外側壁に延在する1つ又は複数のリブを有し、後方に延びる多孔性後壁厚及び前方に延びる多孔性前壁厚は、それぞれ、前記後壁厚及び前記前壁厚よりも小さくなっており、内側(ないそく)側に延びる多孔性内側壁厚及び外側(がいそく)側に延びる多孔性外側壁厚は、それぞれ、前記内側壁厚及び前記外側壁厚よりも大きくなっており、
前記前壁厚は、前記多孔性内層の外側にある前記前壁の部分によって画定され、前記後壁厚は、前記多孔性内層の外側にある前記後壁の部分によって画定される、

- 前記脊椎インプラントは、上-下方向に延在して前記多孔性内層及び前記中実フレームによって画定される第2の内部空洞を有し、クロスバーが内側-外側に延在し、前記2つの空洞を分離しており、前記クロスバーは、前記中実フレームによって画定され、前記第1及び第2の空洞間に流体連通を可能にする窓を備えている、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記窓は、前記多孔性内層によって画定されている、請求項3に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記外側壁厚及び前記内側壁厚は、少なくとも0.25mmである、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
