前記金属製海綿骨様多孔質表層を構成する金属材料は、前記金属製本体部の上に配置され、前記複数の金属製突起構造を構成する金属材料は、前記金属製海綿骨様多孔質表層を貫通するように前記金属製本体部の上に配置され、
前記複数の金属製突起構造は複数の針を備えている、
