(2)前記成型フレームの外形は平面視略方形状に形成するとともに前記米飯収納部は前記成型フレームの外形と略相似形の平面視略方形状に形成したこと。
(3)前記把持部は、扁平細長状に形成され、前記ヘラ本体部は、前記把持部の扁平面に連続する略扁平方形状に形成され、4つの方形角のうち一角部又はその近傍を前記把持部との接続基端部とするとともに前記把持部の仮想軸心線上又はその近傍にヘラ本体部の重心を配置したこと。
(4)前記ヘラ本体部は、基端から先端にかけて緩やかに湾曲した湾曲面を有すること。
(5)前記成型フレーム上面の前記米飯収納部を形成する部分に凹部を形成したこと。

Claims (4)
- 米飯を内側に収納してシート状米飯を成型するための成型フレームと、
前記成型フレームに収納された米飯をシート状に均すための均しベラと、を備え、
前記成型フレームは、所定厚みを有した扁平板状であって、上下面は平坦面に形成するとともに内側には米飯を収納するための米飯収納部を窓状に貫通形成するように無端状に形成し、
前記均しベラは、把持部と前記把持部の一側から延設された扁平状のヘラ本体部とで構成するとともに、
前記把持部は、扁平細長状に形成され、
前記ヘラ本体部は、前記把持部の扁平面に連続する略扁平方形状に形成され、4つの方形角部のうち一角部又はその近傍を前記把持部との接続基端部とするとともに前記把持部の仮想軸心線上又はその近傍にヘラ本体部の重心を配置したことを特徴とするシート状米飯成型具。 - 前記成型フレームの外形は平面視略方形状に形成するとともに前記米飯収納部は前記成型フレームの外形と略相似形の平面視略方形状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート状米飯成型具。
- 前記ヘラ本体部は、基端から先端にかけて緩やかに湾曲した湾曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシート状米飯成型具。
- 前記成型フレーム上面の前記米飯収納部を形成する部分に凹部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のシート状米飯成型具。
