Claims (16)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラス板において、ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 58~70%、Al2O3 15~16.5%、B2O3 0~3%、Li2O 0~4%、Na2O 14.5~21%、K2O 0~3%、MgO 0~5%を含有し、[Na2O]-[Al2O3]>2.0モル%の関係を満たし、ビッカース硬度が800以上であり、且つ圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が1250MPa以上であることを特徴とする強化ガラス板。
- 0.90≦([Al2O3]+[MgO])/[Na2O]≦1.07の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 3.9≦[SiO2]/[Al2O3]≦4.5の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス板。
- [Na2O]/[Al2O3]≧1.14の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- MgOの含有量が1~3モル%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 高温粘度102.5dPa・sにおける温度が1640℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 応力深さが25μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 板厚方向の中央部にオーバーフロー合流面を有することを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 1cm2の範囲の表面上に、平均粒径50μm、1mgの珪砂を撒き、デニム生地を介して4kgの荷重で加傷した時の傷の本数が10本以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- タッチパネルディスプレイのカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- イオン交換処理に用いる強化用ガラス板において、ガラス組成として、モル%で、Si O 2 58~70%、Al 2 O 3 15~16.5%、B 2 O 3 0~3%、Li 2 O 0~4%、Na 2 O 14.5~21%、K 2 O 0~3%、MgO 0~5%を含有し 、[Na 2 O]-[Al 2 O 3 ]>2.0モル%の関係を満たすことを特徴とする強化用 ガラス板。
- 0.90≦([Al 2 O 3 ]+[MgO])/[Na 2 O]≦1.07の関係を満たす ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の強化用ガラス板。
- 3.9≦[SiO 2 ]/[Al 2 O 3 ]≦4.5の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求 項11又は12に記載の強化用ガラス板。
- [Na 2 O]/[Al 2 O 3 ]≧1.14の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項11 ~13の何れか一項に記載の強化用ガラス板。
- MgOの含有量が1~3モル%未満であることを特徴とする請求項11~14の何れか 一項に記載の強化用ガラス板。
- 高温粘度10 2.5 dPa・sにおける温度が1640℃未満であることを特徴とする 請求項11~15の何れか一項に記載の強化用ガラス板。
