Description
ジエチルホスフィン酸121g、エチル亜リン酸110gを1000gの水に同時に溶解して溶液<1>を得て、次に、水酸化ナトリウム120gを溶液<1>に加えて相応なナトリウム塩混合物溶液<2>を得た。オクタデシル硫酸アルミニウム333gを1000gの水に溶解して溶液<3>を得た。溶液<2>を溶液<3>に滴下して反応させて混濁溶液を得て、滴下が終了した後に0.5時間撹拌し続け、反応温度全体を0℃に制御し、最後に得られた混濁溶液を濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、粉砕して複合塩ADEPを得た。
ジエチルホスフィン酸244g、エチル亜リン酸110gを1500gの水に同時に溶解して溶液<8>を得て、次に、水酸化ナトリウム160gを溶液<8>に加えて相応なナトリウム塩混合物溶液<9>を得た。オクタデシル硫酸アルミニウム444gを1500gの水に溶解して溶液<10>を得た。溶液<9>を溶液<10>に滴下して反応させて混濁溶液を得て、滴下が終了した後に3時間撹拌し続け、反応温度全体を50℃に制御し、最後に得られた混濁溶液を濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、粉砕して複合塩ADEPを得た。
ジエチルホスフィン酸732g、エチル亜リン酸110gを2500gの水に同時に溶解して溶液<15>を得て、次に、水酸化ナトリウム320gを溶液<15>に加えて相応なナトリウム塩混合物溶液<16>を得た。オクタデシル硫酸アルミニウム888gを2500gの水に溶解して溶液<17>を得た。溶液<16>を溶液<17>に滴下して反応させて混濁溶液を得て、滴下が終了した後に9時間撹拌し続け、反応温度全体を80℃に制御し、最後に得られた混濁溶液を濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、粉砕して複合塩ADEPを得た。
ジエチルホスフィン酸122g、メチル亜リン酸11gを同時に250gの水に溶解して溶液<22>を得て、次に、水酸化ナトリウム48gを溶液<22>に加えて相応なナトリウム塩混合物溶液<23>を得た。硫酸ジルコニウム84.9gを250gの水に溶解して溶液<24>を得た。溶液<23>を溶液<24>に滴下して反応させて混濁溶液を得て、滴下が終了した後に10時間撹拌し続け、反応温度全体を90℃に制御し、最後に得られた混濁溶液を濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、粉砕して複合塩ADEPを得た。
水酸化ジルコニウム750gを小型混練機に入れ、混練機の温度を130℃に設定し、次に、ジエチルホスフィン酸1220g、メチル亜リン酸110gを均一に混合した後に混練機に滴下して反応させ、この温度下で6時間混練反応させ、その後、温度を200℃まで上昇させ6時間混練し続け、最後に混練機中の材料を取り出し、粉砕して複合塩ADEPを得た。
実施例2を例にして、実施例2で得られたADEPを異なるポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィン材料、ポリウレタン又はゴムに加え、その難燃性能を検証した。
PBT50g、ADEP20g、GF(ガラス繊維強化材料)30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を240℃~260℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化PBTを得て、この難燃性強化PBTは黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
PET50g、ADEP20g、GF30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を240℃~260℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化PETを得て、この難燃性強化PETは黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
TPEE50g、ADEP20g、GF30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を260℃-300℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化TPEEを得て、この難燃性強化TPEEは黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
PA6 50g、ADEP20g、GF30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を240℃~260℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化PA6を得て、この難燃性強化PA6は黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
PA66 50g、ADEP20g、GF30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を260℃-300℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化PA66を得て、この難燃性強化PA66は黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
PA66 58g、ADEP12g、GF30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を260℃-300℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化PA66を得て、この難燃性強化PA66は黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
PE50g、ADEP20g、MPP(リン系相乗難燃剤)13gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を180℃~200℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性PEを得て、この難燃性PEは黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
TPU50g、ADEP20g、MPP13gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を160℃-200℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性TPUを得て、この難燃性TPUは黄変せず、起泡、断裂は発生せず、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃特性を有した。
PA66 50g、ADP20g、GF30gを均一に混合した後、トルクレオメーターに投入して材料を混合し、トルクレオメーターの温度を260℃~300℃に制御し、次に、押出セットを用いてストランドを押し出し、造粒し、難燃性強化PA66を得て、この難燃性強化PA66の色は黄変し、起泡、断裂が発生し、UL-94-V2(2mm)の難燃特性のみを有し、UL-94-V0(2mm)の難燃効果を遥かに達成できなかった。
Claims (5)
- アルキル亜リン酸の可溶性塩又は亜リン酸の可溶性塩のうちの少なくとも一種を2~4価金属のノンハロゲン可溶性塩溶液に滴下して反応させ、この時、清澄な水溶液を得て、次に得られた清澄な水溶液にジアルキルホスフィン酸の可溶性塩又はモノアルキルホスフィン酸の可溶性塩のうちの少なくとも一種を滴下し続けて反応させ、各物質の添加割合はジアルキルホスフィン酸基、モノアルキルホスフィン酸基の総量:アルキル亜リン酸基、亜リン酸基の総量のモル質量比が1~10であり、金属イオンとジアルキルホスフィン酸基、モノアルキルホスフィン酸基、アルキル亜リン酸基、亜リン酸基の総量とのモル質量比が0.01~0.5であり、反応温度を0℃~90℃に制御し、滴下が終了した後に0~10時間撹拌し続け、最後に得られた混濁溶液を濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、粉砕した後に粒径が0.001μm~100μmである複合塩粒子、即ち有機リン化合物難燃剤を得る工程を含み、

- 前記2~4価金属はマグネシウム、カルシウム、鉄、アルミニウム、亜鉛、スズ、マンガン、ニッケル、チタン、ゲルマニウム、バリウム、ストロンチウム、セリウム、ジルコニウムのうち少なくとも一種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機リン化合物難燃剤の製造方法。
- Mは同時にジアルキルホスフィン酸基又はモノアルキルホスフィン酸基のうちの少なくとも一つと、及びアルキル亜リン酸基又は亜リン酸基のうちの少なくとも一つとを結合して分子構造を構成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機リン化合物難燃剤の製造方法。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法で製造された有機リン化合物難燃剤を含み、単独でポリエステル樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン材料又はゴムに応用することができ、窒素系、ケイ素系、リン系、リン窒素系、水酸化アルミニウム又は水酸化マグネシウム相乗効果難燃剤のうちの少なくとも一種と配合して応用することもできる、ことを特徴とする有機リン化合物難燃剤の利用。
