Claims (4)
- ヨークの一対のアームを一対のバックアップ治具により軸方向の内側からバックアップして、前記各アームの軸受孔と、前記各軸受孔内に挿入された十字軸との間に軸方向の外側からカップ軸受を圧入する十字軸式自在継手の組み立て方法において、
前記各バックアップ治具を介して前記各アームを軸方向の外側へと第1拡張状態まで拡張させる第1拡張工程と、
前記第1拡張状態の前記各アームに外側から前記各カップ軸受を圧入する第1圧入工程と、
前記各カップ軸受の圧入後に前記各バックアップ治具を介して前記各アームを更に第2拡張状態まで拡張させる第2拡張工程と、
前記第2拡張状態の前記各アームを外側からカシメるカシメ工程と、
前記各カップ軸受を圧入してカシメた後に前記各バックアップ治具による前記アームの拡張を解除する拡張解除工程とを備えた
ことを特徴とする十字軸式自在継手の組み立て方法。 - 前記第1拡張工程、前記第2拡張工程は、前記各バックアップ治具間に機械中心に配置された楔体を押し込んで前記各バックアップ治具を外側へと拡張方向に移動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の十字軸式自在継手の組み立て方法。 - 前記カシメ工程でのカシメ後に前記各バックアップ治具を介して前記各アームを更に第3拡張状態まで拡張させる第3拡張工程と、
前記第3拡張状態の前記各アームに前記各カップ軸受を圧入する第2圧入工程とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の十字軸式自在継手の組み立て方法。 - ヨークの一対のアームを軸方向の内側からバックアップする一対のバックアップ治具と、前記バックアップ治具によるバックアップ状態で前記各アームの軸受孔と十字軸の軸部との間に軸方向の外側からカップ軸受を圧入してカシメる圧入・カシメ手段とを備えた十字軸式自在継手の組み立て装置において、
前記各バックアップ治具間に機械中心に配置された楔体を押し込んで前記各バックアップ治具を介して前記各アームを軸方向の外側へと第1拡張状態まで拡張させる第1拡張手段と、
前記第1拡張状態の前記各アームに外側から前記各カップ軸受を圧入する第1圧入手段と、
前記各カップ軸受の圧入後に前記各バックアップ治具間に機械中心に配置された前記楔体を押し込んで前記各バックアップ治具を介して前記各アームを更に第2拡張状態まで拡張させる第2拡張手段と、
前記第2拡張状態の前記各アームを外側からカシメるカシメ手段と、
前記各カップ軸受を圧入してカシメた後に前記各バックアップ治具による前記アームの拡張を解除する拡張解除手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする十字軸式自在継手の組み立て装置。
